“I ordered takeout of chive cakes, coconut curry dumplings, and crispy tamarind chicken. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Service was fast and friendly. I like that they've added specials and new dishes to the menu so I can try new things. My standbys are the spicy beef salad, papaya salad, spicy eggplant, or pad khing with duck. The soups are also excellent. I'm very glad to have fresh, dependable Thai food in Kennett Square!“

“Great little mom-and-pop restaurant with a warm, neighborhood feel. They recently expanded the space, and it shows—from the additional tables to the dedicated area for larger parties, the layout now feels much more accommodating. There are cozy booths for smaller groups and a well-organized pickup counter that keeps takeout traffic moving smoothly. It’s BYOB, but they offer a solid selection of espresso drinks, soft drinks, and teas to round things out.

We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were crisp on the outside with a nice, stretchy pull—simple but well executed. The chicken parm was a standout: tender cutlet, well-seasoned sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. The penne vodka was comforting and rich without feeling overly heavy, and the bread they serve is the kind you keep reaching for without thinking. The only miss for us was the tortellini; the flavor profile was a bit off and didn’t quite come together the way the other dishes did. Overall, the prices were reasonable and we’d definitely go back!“

“We just had our welcome party for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Meghan, Jordan and Ashley were very easy to reach. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful as well as accommodating. The evening of the event went without any issues.The only change is I would have brought some zip locks for the kids to be able to take the extra cookies and brownies home as a sweet treat that was delicious. That is on me, not them. Wonderful place to have an event that you do not have to worry about anything on that night. They were extremely attentive and flexible the entire evening. “It’s 90% of the time one of the best places around. Every so often someone gets hired that doesn’t hold to the owner’s standards and you’ll get a bad experience. I’d say go in on a Friday and let the manager know. He cares and would like to know.
This is a good place with yummy pizza.“

Highly recommend the Tara latte or strawberry latte with their respective boba!!!! We got a menu and want to make our way through it! If you don’t like boba, the Oreo smoothie was delicious as well! “We had a wonderful experience working with Tess and OsoSweet Bakery! My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“

“I’ve been going to Karma for months now and realized I’ve never taken the time to post a review. First, some wonderful people work here. Second I’ve yet to eat or drink something here I would not recommend, but, I have some favorites for sure- Dharma, OM, power yogurt bowl, always Iced coffee with oat milk. “Recently moved into the area and had been wanting to check out the Landenberg Store. Today, we finally popped in. OMG, we are hooked. If you want the most amazing chicken salad sandwich, run, don't walk to the Landenberg Store. The staff were super friendly and the Store was clean, warm, and inviting. We will definitely be back and we recommend you check it out too!“

“We have been coming here for almost 10 years. The quality has been consistent and quantity is good. I’ve seen many places jacked up the prices after COVID, but this place has stay very reasonable prices.
Recently this restaurant renovated and added many more options on menu. It’s definitely a happy surprise. My new go to is the deluxe pho, and tofu pudding. The weekend special rice roll is also very good too! Will recommend others to try this place too.“

“Beautiful night sitting outside but several dirty tables. However, the food and service, were hands down, fantastic! First visit and will go back! Started with the traditional guacomole made table side accompanied by a delicious margarita. Loved this dish! Tried the Dip Sampler with the warm chips ~ another pleasant surprise with so many flavors. Carnitas tacos were made with fresh ingredients and selected the flour tortilla instead of the corn tortilla. So good!! Mexican corn was ok. I will go back; frankly, can't wait to go back!“

Great selection of food with daily specials. We ate outside which is covered by cool sails. Inside seating as well as a separate picnic table section. Dog friendly with water bowls. Pizza stands are empty crushed tomato containers. Super friendly staff Plenty of free parking and they have music on some nights.“

It’s a bit farther than I normally drive for dinner, but lately I’ve found myself going more often—because I just feel good every time I’m there. The first time I went there was in 2009 on the recommendation of a friend who used to have a Japanese restaurant. With job changes, going back to school, and plunging headfirst into a turbulent new career with multiple job changes, I never got back there until 2022. And guess what? They remembered me! The staff is genuinely friendly. They remember what I like, and a few times I’ve described dishes that weren’t on the menu—and they made them perfectly. They actually listen, and that level of care is rare. The wine and beer selection fits my tastes really well, which is a nice bonus. Every time I visit, the atmosphere is happy and relaxed. I often see other customers come in and get greeted like old friends, and it’s clear this place means something to a lot of people. It’s not just a meal—it’s a place that lifts your mood. Okura has become one of my favorite spots. Friendly people, great food, and a warm, welcoming vibe every time.“

“This Chinese food was bomb! The sauce on my chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce was amazing. I had the perfect amount of spice to give it the little kick without being overly spicy. The shrimp fried rice was very small, but very good. I had a decent amount of shrimp in it and had very good flavor. The rice was not greasy. I took off a star because I got the combination platter and it was supposed to come with an eggroll, but it was not in the bag. Even though the worker behind the counter told me he put duck sauce in the bag for it.

“Found Mayday on Instagram before it opened and I felt like the piece of the west coast I was missing was finally arriving locally. Literally a dream of mine: a coffee shop with west coast easy bright energy, plants & niche gifts, flowers, cozy. And the whole mental health origin of the name … 🫶🏼. Just truly one of my favorite places to just be. And every one of us loves it! My husband loves the egg & sausage sandwich and our girls love the hot chocolate and vanilla beignets. The s’more iced latte w/ oat is 🤌🏼. Definitely a must try. ☕️“
