I came into this Cafe for help with a credit card account. Despite there being no one there who worked with credit card accounts, the employee who assisted me, Emma, was incredibly helpful. She tried very hard to help me resolve my issue, helped me call customer service, tried to talk to them for me, helped me file a complaint, and even made some very helpful suggestions regarding the matter. Half price drinks all day. Every day.
If I knew this chai would be so good I would have gotten the bigger size. I said that last time and again this time. The chai is absolutely the perfect amount of spice and not super sweet.
Always a friendly welcome and sometimes even a free gift! From seeds to water bottles to tote bags we on occasion have scored some well curated merch.

The staff, including baristas Vicky and Ryan, are friendly and attentive, and the hospitality from Ty has been highly praised for being helpful, patient, and caring. The café also offers a positive experience with banking needs, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to visit. However, visitors should note that the location pin on Google Maps may not be accurate, as it now points to the edge of the parking lot near the road, even though the café is inside the mall.
