Ordered online only to have every person be served before me as my half made order sat there and got cold. Got to listen to the staff complain about a large online order someone else made as they served people that came in after me. Then only after finally looking at me waiting they completed my cold order.
The staff here is pretty much always unfriendly and rude every time I visit. When we walked in the store last night, Lisa the 'host' could be heard loudly sighing/commenting that she was bothered we came in. Then after Lisa messed up our order, instead of apologizing and correcting it she started to argue and say that is not what I ordered. Then walked away without correcting it.
