“Ruby Thai, despite its name, is really more of a Chinese/Asian Fusion mall food court staple. It is, however, an excellent example of mall Chinese food.
All of their options are clearly freshly made and a great value - the $12.99 Pick 3 meal is a huge portion at a great price. It's almost too much to eat in one sitting - and I'm someone who really knows how to take on a big plate of food.

The restaurant is run by a Thai family who make exceptional, authentic, delicious Thai cuisine. My wife and I usually order the Green Curry and the Massaman Curry. “To all negatives comments on here.... Please don't order from here from DoorDash… By the time you get your food, it's gonna be cold and soggy that you need to go in person and have it there. It is the best Thai food in the area. The husband and wife who owned the place are wonderful and they are usually the only two servers there so if it's busy, they could take a while, but please be patient. They have a lot of phone orders and they can be busy. Yes, the atmosphere isn't much but that's what you get. It's a little strip mall and that's the best thing about it because it's a hidden gem. To Sarah who commented on this earlier, please go back and try it in person. This is a staple for my husband and I we probably go every other month or so. It's a BYO, which is great. We are actually going tonight and looking forward to it. No, no dressing up just going to get some good food and coming home.“

The overhead in Phoenixville is probably high but the cost and the wait was too much. She seems nice, there were three staff people and only two tables though. Hm. pretty inside. :/“

“This place is freaking amazing. Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. I also have no idea how this place isn't packed... hopefully, that changes soon. They deserve to be your new favorite restaurant! There's not a single item on this menu that's less than stellar. We are particularly fond of the golden wraps, the satay chicken, the drunken noodles, masaman curry, and the pineapple fried rice. The star of the show? The homemade taro ice cream and sticky rice, or the sticky rice with mango. Then there's the staff- kind, attentive and their suggestions are on point!! “The crispy duck is the best duck I've had in years. My son compared the skin to chicharrones. If you like spicy, don't be afraid of the 4 or 5, delicious. I’m so glad I found this restaurant. I have phenomenal sushi and an amazing hibachi dinner meal. The service was phenomenal. The sushi was fresh. “I've ordered takeout before but never dined in. There was no wait and my order was taken immediately. The food was incredible! My favorites were the lamb vindaloo and shrimp tandoori. The naan was fresh, and handled the vindaloo sauce 👌 when getting some lamb and potatoes. Glad I came in for lunch, I will definitely come back for more.“
