“I go here every morning basically. Evie is always so nice and pleasant. My order is always right when she takes it. Great job Evie! I can't say that about the rest. One girl in particular is so rude in the morning and sounds like she hates her job, which I get is retail but you need to learn to pretend. she also does not listen to my order at all. every time she takes it, it's wrong, like really wrong. She was there this morning. Thankfully Evie was too and my order was right.“

“Update: After my initial post about a discrepancy in the price of a coffee, the owner immediately reached out in response and explained that there were now three sizes of cold brew instead of just two, which accounted for the 50-cent increase in the price charged. My only suggestion would be to annotate this on the large menu board right behind the cash register.
Separately, I called and spoke with one of your employees, who was supposed to give you the message that I was double charged. After a few days of not hearing back, I called again and left a message on your answering machine and still did not receive a callback. At that point, I just stopped trying. I support all of our local small businesses in our community and plan to continue to support your coffee shop as well. Thank you for responding to these concerns in response to my review.
