“very pleasantly surprised by the food. i ate every morsel and it was delicious. large variety on the menu. pleasant and hard working staff. i like the bar area more than the dining room but was with several elderly folks so sat where they wanted which was NOT the bar. i for sure would go here often if i lived in the area“
“Every time this McDonald's is clean, friendly and feels modern. It's a great place to enjoy a coffee and have a calm chat even when it's busy! Great service even in the drive thru. :) The workers are great.Kid-friendliness: Clean and comfy seats that work for adults and littles.“
“No complaints about the coffee shop or product. Good coffee good people! But I just went there today at 9:30 in the morning and they’re closed. There is a a sign up because of the weather? I saw school buses running and other businesses are open. I had to go to the donut connection for my coffee, they’re packed . They’re not closed because of the weather. When I pulled in the parking lot at the coffee shop, I saw a lot of turnarounds in the slush from cars that look like they came and saw they were closed. So the roads weren’t that bad really. We need to quit being lazy. ?This is the business is not a convenience.“
“They feed my latte addiction every week! Some places make their lattes super sweet and it almost tastes artificial. NOT THIS PLACE! The balance of flavors in their drinks and their seasonal menu items are top notch! Great job by the entire staff at 1833 for making this place a hometown favorite.“
“Last weekend I stopped in around 5pm. I was babysitting my friend’s children who are picky eaters and only wanted chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles. Since it was late in the day they were sold out. The woman working the drive through went out of her way to put Chocolate frosting and sprinkles on the plain donuts that they did have available. It was above and beyond service for sure! I would like to shout her out and say thank you!!!“
“This is the BEST McDonald's in the area. I live in New Ken & the closest McDonald's is in Lower Burrell. That McDonald's is dirty, staff is rude & food not prepared properly. The McDonald's franchise owner in Natrona Heughts should buy the store in Lower Burrell. The Natrona Heights McDonald's staff is friendly, efficient, the food great & the store is spotless. You should get 6 stars!“
“Please read this! I have Avery low self esteem. I was just in the McDonald’s drive through and the lady who handed us the food said that she thought that I was very pretty. I didn’t get to ask her name but I just wanna say thank you to her! I wanna give her a hug but I couldn’t do that through the drive through window. “I went for the first time today and absolutely loved everything about the place. Emma was an amazing help(I asked her what drink she recommended) and wonderful conversationalist. The environment is also nice and cozy. The food and drink were very delicious! I love the idea of coffee flights. Highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer for sure! 10/10“
