“I had such a great experience at Dunkin today thanks to a girl named Bre! She’s a younger girl, probably around 18, and she was so sweet and helpful the entire time. She had such a positive attitude and even made me laugh while taking my order. It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day better just by being kind and genuine, but Bre definitely did! Dunkin is lucky to have her she made my visit a 10/10 experience. 💕“

“Food is fair at McDonald's these days. Not the greatest. But it was hot and I did appreciate that. I go to McDonald's sometimes to get some paperwork done. This day was writing Christmas cards. It was very loud the day I went. Many people and children there. Tons of children and teens off for the Holidays and weekend. It's a newer/rebuilt McDonald's so it's clean and well staffed. My young pretty cashier was kind and respectful. Something you don't see all the time now. Kudos to Management for hiring appropriate staff. I used the app for coffee and Mcchicken sandwich.“

“I was working in the area and decided to stop into Black Canary for a coffee. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The shop was extremely clean, professional, and had the feel of a proper, well-run coffee shop. Even the restroom was clean as a whistle.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely professional, welcoming, and polite. I ordered two vanilla lattes, and they were absolutely delicious.

“Today was my second visit, and I’m so sad I’ve been sleeping on this place for so long! Coffee is nice and strong, the atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the ladies behind the counter are super nice and service is quick! They even have goodies from local bakeries, including my favorite one, Wildflower! Definitely found my new regular coffee spot.“

“Aroma Joe’s Drive Thru on Golden Mile Highway is the best coffee spot in the Plum and Pittsburgh area. The coffee is always good, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly, which makes it an easy stop any time of day.

I love that they have more than just coffee too. Their breakfast options, pretzels, iced drinks, and energy drinks make it a perfect drive-thru spot when you want something fast but still really good. Everything I’ve had has been fresh, flavorful, and consistent.

If you’re near Plum, Monroeville, Murrysville, Penn Hills, Oakmont, or anywhere around Pittsburgh and need a great local coffee drive thru, Aroma Joe’s is definitely worth stopping at. Great drinks, great service, and a menu that always hits.“

“Here, you can get farm to cup coffee. The owner’s dad actually runs the farm in Columbia where they source their beans and roast them locally around Pittsburgh. The staff is so kind and friendly and they brew amazing coffee that is about as fresh as you can get unless you are in a growing region of the world. The shop is small and simple but clean and polished with a great vibe.

Got a cappuccino and it was top notch. They know what they are doing with coffee here. Definitely worth going out of your way for this one.“

“This Starbucks is located in the Pittsburgh Mills area, in a plaza across the street from the mall. I stopped in twice during my visit to the area. On both visits, the staff were friendly and professional. My orders were correct and made in a timely fashion. Overall, a great experience at this well-managed location.“

“To finish up a very quick trip to Pittsburgh, I was looking for a diner to eat. The minute you walk in, people are smiling and happy. The locals are there talking with each other and it’s relaxing and refreshing. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy and yellow waxed beans. As I told my phenomenal waitress, Bri, It was exactly as my mother would have made it. I have missed her cooking since she passed away and this meal took me back to a beautiful time and place. “My family and I came here for Sunday brunch as a birthday celebration. We arrived as a party of 6 with no reservation. I told them that I understood if they couldn’t seat us. We had planned to go somewhere else to eat, but last minute I seen a TikTok video giving good reviews and decided to try Abode. They graciously accommodated us. The service was amazing, the aesthetic hit all the vibes, and yes the food was amazing! We all ordered something different so I had the opportunity to at least taste test a decent portion of the menu (yes I took forkfuls from everyone’s plates lol) It wasn’t until a week later that I went to use the same credit card that I used to pay for our meals. I realized I didn’t have it in my wallet and remembered that Abode was the last place I used it. I called the restaurant and they still had my card. Besides all of the amazing food and beautiful interior, there are wonderful people working there who are obviously full of integrity! Highly recommended!“

“The building is new and clean. Staff were nice. Location is easily accessible but for all the 5-minute only parking spots where disabled parking spots should be. Disabled parking spots are much farther away from the door than the 5-minute pick up spots. Other than that, it's a great addition to the area since Donut Connection went south.“
