“By far one of the best coffee shops I have visited. The coffee tastes wonderful - And the vibes of the coffeehouse are unmatched. I was also very pleased to find that they carry vegan breakfast pastries - which were delicious! Have nothing but great things to say!“

“Love having a locally owned and operated coffee house. The staff are amazing! Mary makes the most delicious food, her potato soup and feta couscous are my favorite. I visit at least once a week.“

“Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was beyond beautiful! She squealed with excitement when she saw it! Thank you so much for helping to make her day special!“
“I stopped in to grab some simple hot chocolate & came home with a Delicious Belgium Hot Chocolate like nothing I’ve ever had before in my LIFE‼️Now I know what ‘a smooth drink or coffee’ means! Butler Coffee Lab has the most unbelievable Belgium Hot Chocolate you’ll ever drink! Trust me, from a lady who knows her hot chocolates! I had it 4 days in the past week due to this chilly weather … I’m headed back to Butler Coffee Lab to purchase 2 more containers 👍 I highly recommend giving this small business a try. It’s definitely worth the trip‼️ #SmallBusinessesMatter #InclusiveWorker #ShopLocal“

“This is a great Starbucks location!
With plenty of seating, free WiFi, access to outlets, good outdoor patio seating, and clean restrooms, it’s the perfect place to come with your laptop for remote working, studying, or meeting.
If you need a place to get work done, I recommend coming here.“

“I liked the dining room before the mobile pick up racks were installed. Otherwise, this place rules and basically RUNS Butler, like the ad states. Hands down, best variety of daily street theater in Butler County!! Please bring back MAPLE BARS! Love the coffee!“

“I stopped in to get the Wicked tin and munchkins on Monday. The two ladies working there were the sweetest people ever! They were very helpful and they were nice to talk to while they got my order ready. It was a super simple transaction and I was out of there in a timely manner.
I have shopped at this store a few times and I always have really good service here, the donuts are always fresh and they always have everything I'm looking for! I was worried this item might be sold out which is why I came to this store, and they had plenty of these limited edition tins for the donut holes. The store never seems as busy as the others and I don't know if I'm just here at the wrong times and they're really good at keeping everything stocked or if it really is slower than the others but either way this is a great store to stop at for your donuts! And again the employees are super nice, helpful and efficient! I will definitely be stopping here many more times!“

“My boyfriend put in a dunkin order for a Large cocoa cloud latte and a free brownie batter donut and the dude who took our order and handed us our drink was genuinely so hilarious and deserves a raise (never caught his name unfortunately) We just went through around 5:30-6pm February 3rd“

“I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Totally my fault, and I was told that they don't own the other location so there wasn't nothing they could technically do. They ended up making my exact order and not charging me anything for my mistake. They didn't have to do anything, but they went above and beyond to help me in the situation I put myself in.“

“I don't eat much fast food but when I do I'd like to have my French Fries salted. Fries don't taste good without some salt even a dash. My burgers were fresh and made to my liking but I couldn't eat the fries with no salt. I'm glad it was a small frie. Other than no salt everything else was fine.“

“It's a McDonald's so you get what you expect, however... Every time I have gone to this specific one, the employees are very nice and polite. Only ever gotten my order wrong once, but it was by accidentally giving me an additional drink (I pointed it out, but they told me to keep it).“
