Came here for my break for a Cinnamon Pretzel , I seen it was only one girl working and even though she was by herself I only had to wait 10 minutes , she was also really sweet and greeted me as soon as she seen me , even though she seemed stressed and running around trying to make sure everything was in place she made sure I had the correct order 9/10 experience
My wife and I love Auntie Anne's and especially love the on in the food court in Park City but we're probably done coming to this one. I walked up when no one else was around and waited at the register for someone to come up and take my order. The girl completely ignored us for a couple minutes and then eventually instructed us to just use the kiosk if I was paying with card, which by that point already had a line of 3 other couples. I usually order the cinnamon nuggets without butter, but they’ve often been made with butter instead. On June 20th, I came back hoping to speak with the manager to place a complaint unfortunately I was told she was at another location the two young ladies who helped me were incredibly kind, listened to my request, and made everything exactly the way I asked. Their excellent customer service really made my experience. Thank you both! ❤
