Clark has a great company culture, and provides many opportunities to learn and grow - personally and professionally. A strong work ethic and lifelong learner mentality are highly valued and won't go unnoticed.
Now approaching 5 years of having worked at Clark Associates, it seems that employees who are willing to both work hard, and continuously learn, will have many opportunities for success/growth! Clark has a strong culture of competitiveness, yet generosity. I have appreciated working for a company that challenges me, and encourages me to try and keep up to speed with those around me.
