What a shame... we are definitely a Dunkin' family and this was definitely our worst experience.At around 11:30-12:00, they were unable to fill about half of our mobile order. The confusion at the window was ridiculous, they only had two flavors of munchkins and like 3 different donuts. After all of the back and forth and canceling of orders, my wife realized she had forgotten to order a coffee. Our server was excellent. At 900, they were already out of the doughnuts we wanted. She kindly apologized and persuaded us to try another type. The food, coffee, and refresher were excellent.
