To start- We love Duck Donuts!... but our last visit really fell short of expectations. We had family in from out of state that wanted to try Duck Donuts. We had 4 people in our group and every one of us had an issue with our order. Two people didn't get the donuts they ordered after paying, another person ordered sausage sandwiches and got bacon which were remade and came out still frozen in the middle, so we asked for a refund, and another ordered a hot chocolate that tasted...read full review
