“Gracious service and good food. I had a hankering for hot and sour soup that was well satisfied here. The tender Kung Po chicken made me realize how overcooked it's been at other places I've visited over the years. The staff were all very pleasant.“
“? SEASONED JASMINE RICE BOWL WITH YAKITORI CHICKEN: Imagine a cozy corner, a bowl cradling a symphony of tastes. The spotlight? Charred chicken thighs—tender, succulent, and whispering secrets of the grill. But wait, there’s more! The supporting cast includes garlic-cilantro-lime crema, a trio of flavor ninjas dancing on your taste buds. And the grand finale? Asian sesame slaw, a crunchy chorus that adds texture and zing. Here we are, savoring every bite of this rice bowl masterpiece. Because good food? It’s our ultimate treasure, my friend! ?Bon appétit, fellow flavor explorer! ?✨“
“I love this restaurant- everything about it is great! The atmosphere is relaxing and the booths are comfy, the tables are always clean, the staff are extremely nice and remember who we are even after we had only visited once or twice before. They even remember our orders! I have now tried almost every single thing on the menu and there’s nothing they offer that’s not delicious! I used to hate crab rangoon until i tried theirs and now i only order it there every time i go. Prices are very fair for the amount of food and they are very consistent with the taste and portions. They offer the best Phô in Lancaster. I highly recommend.Vegetarian options: You can ask to customize orders probably anything on the menu except items like quail where the main dish IS meatParking: I think there’s about 20 spaces to park maybe moreKid-friendliness: Perfect for family events and what kid doesn’t like booths“
“Our family has been eating here since before our children were even born. It is a lovely environment, with engaging staff that form long-term relationships with patrons. I have enjoyed every dish, & if something was ever not to my satisfaction, it was fixed kindly & generously. These are wonderful folks who have been in business a long time. You’ll enjoy any time you spend there!“
“Their new menu is an upgrade on already great ramen! Freshly made noodles, and so many marinated items that are extra DELICIOUS. Got the Mayu Tonkatsu and my girlfriend had a load of vegetarian options! Great tofu, chashu pork, marinated quail eggs, even the menma was delicious! Highly recommend!!!“
“One of the best sushi spots in all of Lancaster,PA!!!!Wife and I have been going here for years, even after we moved further way. Just can’t find rolls made the way Ginza makes theirs!!All you can eat Sushi is always on the menu (just make sure you finish what you order because you can’t take it home). Not in the mood for fancy sushi but want some regular rolls? Try the Maki Combo: choose any 3 basic rolls, salad, and soup (clear or miso). Highly suggest the basic Philadelphia Roll, California Roll, and Shrimp Tempura Roll. For fancy, try the Shaky Dog Roll and Fashion Roll. Just talking about them make my mouth water!!Staff is so very nice and ordering is super easy. Ordering out is also super easy and I don’t think our order has been messed up before.Other great options besides sushi are available - try their ramen soups for sure. All in all - you won’t regret giving them a try.“
“Outstanding service, good food. Not very crowded so we got seated immediately. We sampled some sushi and sashamis.Mike was a pro. Explained the menu very well, made really good suggestions, and delivered a very professional and timely service. Thank you! They have a fried sushi roll which I found unique, and toro was such a delicate recommwndation from their talented chef. They also have some of the prime fish on display and an open sushi bar/kitchen which was cool to watch if you sit facing toward them. Will be back!“
“I visited southern market for the first time last week. My friend and I decided to try items from several stalls. We liked our sushi roll so much we bought a second! They use a buzzer system to let you know when your items are ready. The building is really beautiful. Will definitely visit again.“
“First time eating here. The menu is plentiful with various Sushi rolls, the Drunken Noodles were good but needed something more in texture area.We had the Crazy Girl roll, the Fire and Ice roll and the shrink roll. They were all delicious and fresh.“
“I really enjoy this place. Everything I've gotten so far has been really good. My complaint is that when you order online it doesn't tell you how many pieces you're getting for some dishes.. I paid $10 for a very small portion of takoyaki. It was pretty good but I was really disappointed with the amount I ended up spending on what I thought would be a good lunch to get me through the rest of the day, it's only 5 very small pieces and there wasn't as much squid as I would like for what you're paying. You can get a larger portion with way more squid for the same price at the Round1 arcade. Aside from that, I really do love this place and will still order here regardless. Their smaller sushi rolls are exceptionally well prepared.“
“We've been to Genki several times and it never fails to impress. Their sushi is always fresh and their portions are generous. The wait staff are polite, attentive and give you plenty of space to enjoy your meal. Every time we have eaten there, they have given us a free 3 piece tempura roll that was quite tasty, which just goes to show how much they appreciate their patrons. My wife loves the seaweed salad, and my personal favorites are the octopus and the white tuna. I could go on and on about all of the other amazing, high quality dishes that Genki offers, but you'll just have to stop in and try it for yourself. If you like good sushi, you'll love Genki!“
