“We ordered sushi, soup, dumplings and the mango kani salad. Literally everything was amazing. My husband says it was the absolute best dumplings he’s ever had. Sushi was super fresh. Salad was light yet flavorful, great side dish with sushi.

We went on a Friday evening and it was VERY busy. I understand it’s a casual eatery but it needs to be more inviting when you walk in. If you’ve never been there, it’s super confusing to figure out the flow and how to order your food. We just sat down and waited for someone to take care of us. Waited about 15 minutes. But we once we were served, we were well taken care of and food came out fast.

We heard a lot of the take out orders saying they had been waiting for over an hour for their food. So clearly a better system is needed to balance the way orders are being taken care of.

But GREAT food! I would just recommend you sit down and eat in. You’ll get your hunger satisfied faster than take out.“

“The food was incredible, especially for the area. We ordered a bit of everything and our favorite was the sushi, really great quality. The service was ok, our waiter seemed rushed. It was our first time there so we were not familiar with the menu. Instead of helping us he walked away and said “I’ll give you more time”. Not a big deal but it would have been helpful. Overall the hot plates had good flavor and the portions were ok. A bit on the higher price range for Chinese food but the quality was worth it. The only thing we did not like was the wonton soup, the portions were two small and not meant to be shared like in most Asian restaurants. Overall I would recommend to visit and try their Chow Fun and sushi which were our favorites.

“The staff was friendly and service was good but the place was so empty the atmosphere was kind of awkward. The Yellowtail Jalapeno and Shrimp Shumai were delicious. I also got the seafood ramen and while it wasn't bad it wasnt good. The vegetable broth was the best part, the mushroom, crabmeat and scallops were good, the fish cake looked cool but had no flavor and the Shrimp were awful. They were clearly thawed frozen shrimp and they were hard and just gross. I would not order this again but I would try a different ramen on the menu.“

All of the sushi and entrees we've tried so far have been amazing. The pistachio gelato and cheesecake dessert is a must-try! It has a great atmosphere and a convenient location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“My boyfriend and I had a date night here and it was perfect! We got goyoza and spring rolls for appetizers which were tasty. For a main dish, I got steak ramen and it was the best ramen I've ever had. My boyfriend loved his bowl (forget which one) too. Service was great and prices were fair. Highly recommend going here.“

“Ever since we discovered Bonjung we can’t get enough of their delicious food. My husband and I have gone there three times in the past 10 days. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough. They knew it was my birthday on Saturday and I got a complimentary fried ice cream.“

“We ordered takeout, so we can’t really speak to the atmosphere. I will agree with other reviewers- excellent selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. Really fresh, very tasty. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality. I also ordered a hot dish which was very, very good- also tasted so fresh. “Quarter day two protein poke bowl I saw in a picture on the wall, but they don't offer that. He was kind and made me one with salmon and a little shrimp as I saw pictured.He asked about veggies, and I took almost everything, though if lettuce had been on the list or picture, I would have declined it. I don't care for lettuce in a rice poke bowl.Salmon and shrimp tasted fresh, and I enjoyed the poke bowl. Ginger was buried and I accidentally ate it all at once. Poke sauce with a little small container, but I stretched it.“

“Went on a Sunday night around 5pm and wasn’t that busy (there was no wait). The chef was super friendly and had such a positive vibe about him! I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious.. the soup, the salad , the whole meal! I wish I got the chefs name but he was so great! The rice was outstanding! We ordered sushi as an appetizer (chicken tampura roll) that I would say was ok but my friend ordered the lobster tampura roll.. out of this world! The portion size was hugeeee so I didn’t have any room for desert! Overall a great time and will definitely be back in the future! The food is a little pricey but we’ll worth it! “Ate here in July 2023 for an anniversary dinner and it was great! Sushi was huge and very delicious! We ate outside in the deck, which was nice. Even though it was hot outside, it was a cooler with the trees surrounding the deck. A great find in Skippack!“

Such a delightful treat, an affordable luxury. Stopped by after replacing all 5 tires (the 5th one is a secret) on my vehicle looking for a bargain and met my perfect match with quality, quantity and pricing. Such a marvelous event! Staff absolutely lovely and kind and caring. I wish my husband gave me that kind of love.
