I went to Red Lobster 3 weeks ago and they run my credit card twice, one for the right amount of $131.00 and the second time for an extra $160.00 for a tip? Well, I went back right away and talked to the manager and she said they will reimburse my money, it is 3 weeks now and I have to be calling back again and again to find out what's going on with my money, as today 12/5 I haven't got my money back. Server was terrible on numerous levels: didn’t stop by our table bc he was wrapping silverware with his phone out two tables away, left in the middle of us ordering randomly to fill out something on the computer, and when we did ask for something he tried to get away ASAP. He acted as though we inconvenienced him. When the food was brought, the server spilled/dropped ketchup on family members belongings. Stopped on our way home for Dinner on Sat Nite, our Server was horrible with forgetting things even when you ask again two or three times, got our food , my potatoe was so cold it wouldn’t even melt the butter , the steak was like rubber, , I ask for another potatoe to recieve one that was rotted on the inside.. we ask for refills the third time to hear ole we don’t have any clean glasses it’s a Saturday nite, smh. then she grabs our glasses didn’t even dump the melted...read full review
