“The BLT was so good the first thing I did after I finished it was pull out my phone to figure out how far away my apartment in a different state is from this place so I can drive all the way down for it again. I don't think I've ever had anything like it. I was a little confused when I saw it was only served seasonally, but after trying it I understand why. I'm a big tomato lover and I've never in my life had a tomato that good. I usually prefer my bacon really really crispy and I was expecting to be disappointed when I noticed it was floppy, but the flavor of the bacon was so good it didn't even occur to me that I usually prefer it more crunchy. There wasn't a large amount of mayo, which again I'm a big fan of mayo so I expected to be disappointed, especially since often when a BLT is light on the mayo the bread can be dry and make it hard to eat. This bread however was perfectly crunchy and flavorful and didn't for a moment take away from the rest of the ingredients. I've never had a BLT that felt more deliberately put together and well thought out. It truly felt like it was made with love. Some genius must have put that thing together. I almost wept at the table. It was so good. I cannot overstate how good this sandwich was. I also got some tater tots, because of course I did, and they were very good too. Slightly oversalted in my opinion but still very very good. The BLT was the true star of the show though. The highlight of my evening by far. I doubt I'll forget her any time soon. I hope I can come back while it's still available.“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! “I'm glad to see that they added a lot of the inside seating back after pulling it in 2020-2021 during the Covid panic. It has been that long since we have been at this store. The chicken sandwiches today certainly set the industry standard for excellence, and the waffle fries were top notch also, hot and a little salty. Tried the "Sunjay" of 1/2 sweet tea and lemonade and thought it was OK but will go back to the regular lemonade.“

The gentleman who seated us was so friendly and nice I wish i had made note of his name. He did introduce himself, but I did not write down his name, and I can't remember it. Our server, Carly, was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable, checked on our progress without being intrusive and made great suggestions that made our dining experience really great.“
