It had been a while since having the opportunity to eat at Long John Silvers and when we moved my son into his apartment, was looking forward to some classic fish and chips. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The fish was falling apart greasy, the hush puppies were small and chewy and the fries were just okay. There were a good amount of crispies, but they forgot our extra order of hush puppies, so $4 down the drain as we didn't discover it until we got back to the apartment.The Taco Bell part of the order was as expected, with the tacos crunchy and the 5 layer burrito filled with a good amount of ingredients.It was too bad the LJS part just wasn't very good.

Two different orders were combined in the same take out container. Some of the fish wasn't completely cooked. The employee at the window was totally unprofessional. He brought our order to us carrying it on his shoulder.

So... this is one of those reviews I struggle to write... Long John Silver's is a dying brand, which is a crying shame. I will say our order took a while to come out -- which isn't that surprising. 3pm on a Sunday isn't exactly Prime Time for fried fish fast food. The other side of that coin is that our food was incredibly fresh. The team did the best they could, given the circumstances, but there was a bit of a "what might have been" hanging in rhe air.My wife also decried the lack of obvious sweet and sour sauce. I was oblivious that LJS Sweet and Sour sauce was a thing in the first place.

I waited 15 minute for 2 tacos to take to a family member who was sitting all day with my sick father at the hospital only to get ice cold food. The hospital is 2 minutes from Taco Bell WTF??? As with what seems is the issue with all the fast food places in the area, there is new ownership at some point over the past few years. All of the local places have seriously gone down hill. I will happily drive up to the 309 location from now on.

This is the one and only Long John Silvers close to me and I hope it never goes away.The fried fish, shrimp and all their menu items are delicious and a great change from other fast food restaurants. The hush puppies are a must. The restaurant is well stocked with condiments and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food comes out hot and fresh….

Watched a manager yell at an employee for an honest mistake...... it was uncalled for in my opinion.
Don't even bother. I waited 20 minutes for my food and was missing half of it when I finally got it.

I've been to this place four times and three times they have told me that they turned the fryers off for Long Johns at a different time. Why even bother? I guess if you want some fish planks for breakfast they may be open, but otherwise just avoid.

There was a nasty human being running the drive thru window. She caught an attitude after she asked “ what sauce? “ and I simply said “ you can just throw everything in the bag “. She replied in a nasty tone, “ WHAT IS EVERYTHING? WHAT IS EVERYTHING BE SPECIFIC! “ I told her to cancel the order but my brother insisted we go inside. She continued to be rude, and one of the cooks, a male pulled her to the back to tell her he was going to mess up our food. When we got the food, there was crumbs, and burnt fries. They decided to pick with my food because I said “ add everything into the bag “ I will NOT return to this location, and you shouldn’t either. It is ran by some of the most low, disrespectful, and disgusting human beings you could find. PLEASE, do not go here. I am begging you.
