My family and I just returned from a delicious dinner at Braise that warmed us up on a very cold night! Our waitress, Michelle, was kind and attentive throughout our meal. Simply good food, delicate flavor without fad flare! First time in 15 min til close and the staff gladly seated us and fed us 3 delightful courses. As a chef I can appreciate things done differently that I would but well executed. We were given the best table in the house and Chef was sure to check on us. I look forward to returning! Shrimp and grits baby!
First time there. Service and food were excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and my salmon was delicious. I will be back.

The menu offers delightful courses, including the recommended Spiced Pear Salad, freshly baked cheddar bread with homemade apple butter, Winter Ratatouille, and Swordfish entree. Desserts are a highlight, with the amazing Pavlova and Chocolate Tart being standouts. Even with a short wait before closing, the staff provides excellent service.
