I am very unhappy with the delivery food quality from your restaurant. This is not a one-time issue; it happens every time I order delivery.When I pick up my food in person, it tastes good. But when I get delivery, the quality is bad and tastes old. Today, I ordered the shrimp lo mein. The noodles were fine, but the shrimp were overcooked, mushy, and not good to eat. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant for takeout! They have the best vegetable eggrolls and duck sauce. Everyone is so nice that works there.
This place sucks, there's way better places for Chinese food and it isn't here. The restaurant for starters looks eerie as hell, dining in would be a nightmare. Then the staff workers, the man at the counter was passive-aggressive and rude for no reason, he straight up ignored me for 2 minutes to take a call while I was(tbf) right in front of him with my order already placed. Go to Papa John's, right next to the place, better food, funnier and better people. You're welcome.
