“We held a luncheon here after my father's funeral. The staff and service was amazing from the planning to the event. They made everything very easy during a difficult week for my family. The food was very good as well. Thank you so much!“
“We thoroughly enjoy the food here. It's always good and we love their pierogie of the day special. The wait staff are very attentive and always make sure to check for drink refills. It's a bar in a college town but you see people of all ages here. They smoke their one meats and do a great job. Where else can you get duck tacos????“
“Top notch and quick service despite it being St. Patty's day. I had the Boxty, Corned Beef Hash, and The Lucky Charm martini. They did NOT skimp on the spirits. It was a great time with my girl friends for brunch and will definitely be back for their regular brunch offerings.“
“Kindness was present every step of the way. I did not get anything complicated so for me customer service was key. The manager, Victor and my waitress Abryana exceeded my expectations. Thank you from a stranger to this area, you made it feel like home.“
“Great Lil spot to chill and grab some good dranks ????The owner is really Kool and nice. I know The beer lines and Taps are always clean because of Tap Pro Tavern Services!Such a great professional and top quality service! So you know the beer is fresh ????“
“Stumbled upon this gem on the way home from Allentown. Not sure why everyone didn’t give it 5 stars… let’s just say they are WRONG! Our waiter Alex was phenomenal! It’s so refreshing to have someone who knows the menu and can give you an honest opinion. He recommended the French dip, which is something my boyfriend never would have ordered, and he was drooling with every bite! We had an espresso stout and a vanilla chocolate milk stout and if you like stouts they were delicious!!! (We aren’t IPA fans so can’t review that part.) We also had the cauliflower fries with Thai chili dip… so good. They had some really unique options on the menu. Things you wouldn’t (or couldn’t ) make at home but also classics that anyone would enjoy. The “Among Us” burger is their gluten free vegan option, which is usually typical, but they chose to step up the toppings which really made it exceptional! Side option are fries and chips and we tried both options and they chose wisely! Both are worth trying. Can’t wait to come back through this way! Who am I kidding? We will make a detour here anytime!“
“Klingers at the airport is one of a kind in Pennsylvania, you can enjoy excellent food while watching planes land and takeoff, very breathtaking if you ask me. The owner “Mark” is very professional and cares about his customers experience! Mark can be seen interacting with customers and taking input on how to improve customer service so a rewarding experience can be achieved on a consistent basis, this is rare these days! 5 stars here from me!“
“A couple friends and I stopped at Forrest Inn to pregame prior to an event. Seems like your typical dive bar when walking in. But Harry was a one man show; serving up drinks, cooking, running food, and amazing customer service. The food has cheap prices with great flavor. I went back for a second basket of the fresh cut fries. Definitely worth stopping in and checking it out. Daily drink specials too“
“We had dinner at the Skylight Cafe and Bar before a concert at the Santander Performing Art Center (within walking distance). Skylight is a family run restaurant that specializes in Latin American cuisine. There are a few Italian entrees on the menu too. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. My wife had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and I had a marinated grilled skirt steak with a side of sweet plantains. We hadn’t had plantains before and they were wonderful. We shared the Tres Leches cake for dessert. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Skylight Cafe.“
“I have been in hospitality for way longer then I should, 30+ years! Aniyza ran this huge bar all afternoon and did not miss a beat. She hustled, smiled and was on point the whole time I was there. I would have hired her for my restaurant & bar without hesitation and would have scheduled her for my busiest nights. She killed it! I was very impressed. A++Parking: Easy to find parking.“
“Very good atmosphere, the drinks we ordered were very good and the food was more than good, no one in the group of more than 7 people said they didn't like their dish so I can say that the food was very good. This is a small complaint because I don't speak much English, the menus were very difficult to understand even for native English speakers.“
“LUV that long-lived staple in West Lawn: Thank u "UTAH!("Steven-w/v")Vegetarian options: No but, we would luv to kno as a vegan Cali "kid" named "BSA" is anxiously awaiting her 1st experience here, come Vet's Day or Memorial 2024, to enjoy this fine cafe's exceptional dining, since the 1970's as I recall. Thanks again Utah & the other gal helper: job well done ladies!“
“Unfortunately one of our old dishwashers has been postings slanderous info ever since he was fired because he didn't want to work and he still wanted to get paid. Any posts that a person can put in and not put their name should not be allowed. I will post his name if he continues to be a problem.“
“The bartenders are wonderful! Face always is willing to create a new cocktail to your specific tastes, with a food pairing to match. The best live music on the avenue, sometimes there is a cover but it's always worth it. Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike.“
“Excellent staff and food Enjoyed our evening not jammed packed and the blacked salmon was cooked perfect. Very friendly waitress and the manager even came over to speak to us. Great evening. We will be back. It's a club but you can try it out without joining“
“We stopped in before the Tom Segarra show last night. It was very busy but both the staff we interacted with were amazing and attentive and doing their best to get to everyone as quickly as humanly possible. As a bartender I notice those things so we waited a few minutes for a drink but not because they were not hustling and noticing who had been waiting a bit longer. The female bartender was lovely I didn't get her name but I complimented her hair and her curls and she took a moment to tell me how to do it myself..... She also got us our tab quickly so we could get to our show on time. Little things like that mean a lot thus the 5 stars across the board!! We will definitely be back soon for the wings????“
“Great little bar. Very clean, not busy, and $2 drafts. This couldn't be beat. They also have a really nice bullshooter dart board that is connected to the internet so that you can play online. Will be back. CASH ONLY! (Has ATM on site)“
“Third Rail is one of our go-to local spots for burgers and apps! Their bleu cheese burger is my favorite, but I like most every burger I've tried there. Their menu is reasonably priced, and the location is cool -- right near a train track (hence the name). Other sides/appetizers we typically choose when dining in are their pierogis, quesadillas and of course their Old Bay fries. So good!“
“Walking in we were greeted by Kenny the owner. We sat at bar and enjoyed our service there with a very knowledgeable and friendly barmaid. The food was excellent and it was a very pleasant experience.Parking: Very spacious parking lot in the back.“
“The crowd was pretty much what you would expect for a small bar 70 miles outside Philadelphia. The atmosphere was pretty welcoming and the bartender was super nice. As an obviously gay man I was a little nervous at first but had no problem meeting new ppl and having a good time. Even left with a number. ?“
“Being from Central Jersey, I've gotten accustomed to the hustle and bustle of daily life. But when I head into the woods or the hills the piney in me comes out. I love small town America and down to earth people. Welcome to Shades of Green. We were out in the hills of Pennsylvania and the family was hungry. We're sick of the standard chain restaurants and just wanted a local place to get lunch. We just stumbled upon this little gem.Ok, so the parking is a little sketchy. But then again, this place is a local joint so I'm sure the locals are accustomed to it. Once you get inside it's like walking back in time. The clock literally slows down. This is the way America used to be, the way it was meant to be.The food took a little longer then we expected, but we soon found out why. It appeared to be all freshly made. That's right, no frozen Bubba Burgers here. Real burgers on real buns. And no skimping on the fries here, we got a full old school serving. My son opted for pickle fries which were odd but actually pretty good! I got an S.O.G burger, which was fantastic. My only gripe was that it didn't come with lettuce and tomato, though, in hindsight, if I asked I'm sure it wouldnt have been a problem. The service was personal and friendly. We were made to feel right at home. And it was considerably less expensive then the mediocre fare found in Central NJ.If you're even remotely close by here you need to stop in. Old school service with homemade quality leading to an amazing experience. Put the hustle and bustle behind you, find that inner piney, and get yourself a taste of what America was always meant to be. Get yourself a taste of Shades of Green.“
“We recently hosted a work function here. Everyone had so much fun and raved about the food. Truly, every bite was delicious! And the drinks were cold and generous! It's a family-run place and the pride and expertise they possess are visible in every corner of this cozy restaurant and bar. They were kind enough to reserve their patio for our group, we definitely recommend. Planning this event was so easy, fun and delicious! Best wishes for continued success at The Suburban Tavern!“
“Would be nice if they served food at every show and maybe a few more tables and seats. Everything else get 5 stars ???Kid-friendliness: Seen quite a few kids there enjoying the show, and the band's really seem to dig seeing the young rockers???“
“Fast Service and delicious food. Had the Brewers Pizza, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, and a Cookies Martini. The restaurant has a very homie feel to it and it's a place I would definitely come back to.Parking: In the back of the restaurant. The street is a one way.“
“Cute little place!! Delicioussssss food and tasty drinks! Definitely will be back. Chicago wings with fries was a great choice. ( so may flavors!)Cons: absolutely no waiting area when they're busy :/ so some people have to wait outside in the cold ( visted in the winter) buttt got seated fairly quickly. Also, if you have any sort of lowered vehicle.. park on the street! I scraped multiple times ugh.Parking: Fairly reasonable except for low cars“
