“My husband and I came in tonight for the first time tonight and it was amazing!!! My husband got the pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese and slaw. The owner was great and created a variation Spudnik with the toppings of my choice—pulled pork, baked beans slaw and cheese sauce. The food was delicious and as close as I’ve found to NC BBQ since I moved to PA. We also got a peanut butter pie. It is delicious! Great food, atmosphere and customer service! We will absolutely be back!“

“Delicious food, great atmosphere. They gave plenty of detailed info about allergies. All local farm to table ?
Dietary restrictions: Their menu marks all gluten free and plant based items and they ask what the table allergies are before putting the order in!“

“NEVER been disappointed with them until today. $43 down the drain. Our wings were hard and dry. The street corn was disgusting. The only edible thing my spouse like was his chili. Called about the dry wings and all I got was "I'm sorry", like what? **update** big thanks to them for the exceptional customer service and making this completely right. Kuddos to them. I am more than satisfied how they rectified the experience and will continue to be a customer“

“I first learned about the Soup Guy during the pandemic. I didn't order from him until this summer. From my very first order this year, I wish I had been supporting him since I first learned of him 3 years ago! Great food, great portions, good selections, very reasonably priced! My favorite is his Creamy Chicken and Wild rice soup. He outdid the "P"' chain's soup of that flavor! Give the Soup Guy a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!“

“What a great find during a recent weekend in Harrisburg. Our server, Maria, was outstanding - knowledgeable, very friendly, and fun. Other staff members were also very accommodating and gracious. I particularly enjoyed the whipped ricotta app and arugula and beet salad. Highly recommend!“

“The cutest corner bistro in the city. Chef Stevie brings her creativity and genuine enthusiasm to Note. bistro and winebar’s Sunday brunch. Her specialty: crepes both sweet and savory! The crispy potatoes are extra yummy. Check out the cute vintage salt and pepper shakers. 🦔 Dine small. Support small independent restaurants.“

“Chef Qui Musarra is one of the finest chefs in central PA. There isn't a dish I wouldn't recommend, but if I had to give recognition to one dish I would tell you that "Il Toscano" (the Tuscan Rib-eye) should be on your must have list. When available, the Chuleta and Percebes are also on that list. Mangia!“
“Had an Oktoberfest and 1000 galloping camels. Brunch was wonderful.“

“I moved to Pennsylvania from Louisiana 7 years ago and can’t believe it took me this long to find this restaurant. Everything was phenomenal. I ordered the Cajun Penna Pasta and my fiancé ordered the Southern Catfish. If you’re looking for AUTHENTIC southern comfort food, this is the place to go. The kitchen staff knows their stuff, and it shows through the quality of the food. I love that I can now get a little taste of Louisiana without having to hop on an airplane. Definitely my new favorite restaurant:) The atmosphere was amazing from the service to the music and decor. We will be back!“
“Friday night we had the best time at Hemauer Brewing Co! Amazing live music good food (I’m a sucker for jumbo pretzels, and their aioli was great) and the BEST espresso martinis! Their regular one was fantastic, but I couldn’t resist trying the chocolate peanut butter one too😊 (and try the pumpkin pizza… sounds weird, tastes like heaven)“

“We stopped by on a Sunday evening. We were looking for some good food and adult beverages. Wow ! What a find! There were 3 of us, we shared 2 flights and were able to sample 12 different beers. We found some we really like, some, not so much ( too “hoppy” for me). Loved that we were able to experience a variety without having to commit to an entire glass. The food was amazing. Between us, we had the fish and chips, french dip and a hamburger. All were VERY GOOD! Our server, Chase perfect! Very attentive, but did not hover. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions without hesitation. We left there very satisfied with full bellies and a 4 pack of Blood Orange Tart Ale ( YUMMY). We definitely will be back.“

“I got some of their fresh roasted beans to brew in my at home espresso setup and I can't recommend them enough!!“
“This place is a hidden gem. The beers are leaps and bounds better then Ever Grain. You can tell the owner/brewer is passionate about his business and only releases beers he is proud of, and most importantly everything is consistant. This place is the best beer in PA and on par, if not better than Tree House, Trillium, Fidens, or any of the other popular big boys. The beer game has changed in this area because of this place.“
