We recently used this Billy’s catering service for our party, and it was absolutely outstanding! The brisket was incredibly tender, the pulled pork was packed with flavor, and every side dish was fresh and delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was. There was not a morsel left 😊
The weather has been crazy recently and it seems like it has been storming every other day. I had an event with 30 people and was debating about doing catering bbq instead of getting stuck out grilling in the rain. I ordered the party pack and it was a great decision. Communication through email was easy and it worked out great! The food was delivered right on schedule. The meats came hot, juicy, and packaged well. We ordered a party platter from Bill for a First Communion party at my house. He was really easy to work with and very responsive.
Everyone raved about the food- from the brisket to the pulled pork, to the cornbread and baked beans, everything was perfect.
