“What a fantastic experience! We live locally (I grew up in Lilly) and have heard great things about The Boxcar. Today my mom and I went for lunch. The railroad theme was perfect inside. I got a Turkey Club sandwich/fries and my mom got a Pizza (Ham)burger/fries. The Turkey wasn't just thin deli turkey, it was thick and delicious. The bacon was perfectly cooked and there was a bacon aioli that was delicious. The fries were great, fresh cut and cooked perfectly. My mom loved the pizza burger. Our service was excellent also. We'll definitely be coming back, the menu was huge, lots more choices we could've had. I highly recommend coming here, everything was excellent!Parking: Parking right across the street“

“On the upside: the beer menu is extensive, wings are delicious and space is nice. On the downside: fries could be more fresh and service just a tidbit more attentive. The brick burger did took some time (as indicated in the menu) but was nice. The wings were splendid.“

“The most delicious food we have had. The Reuben was none like I have ever had. It was shredded beef and moist. My mother in law got the veggie taco, and it was gigantic and delicious. Even the kids Mac and cheese and chicken fingers were delicious. We will be coming back… even if it is an hour drive for us!“
