“It was really good! I LOVE a good Cheese Plate, and I got a Great cheese plate! I also got the Foie Gras Burger. I hadn't had foie gras before, so I thought it was pretty cool that I could try it at a place that wasn't a high-end French restaurant. It was pretty good! I enjoyed all of the food there. “Ordered takeout and it was out of this world as always. When I called they were super busy and I let them know I will wait if Chef can accommodate and I provided my order. Let them know I’m right down the street and just need a 5 minute notice and they would call back when it wasn’t busy - they called me back in less than 30 minutes and said ready in 10 minutes. I love the fact that if they are too busy and can’t accommodate at that time they’re honest. It’s a small family business the Mom is the host and probably one of my favorites she is like old school south Philly meets Mother Theresa! The chef is a perfectionist and I always try at least one special and have never regretted it. I am utterly amazed each time at the dishes he comes up with. Overall price wise they cannot be beat, huge portions and every bite was heavenly. Where can you get this much fresh, delicious food for under $100 no where except New American Bistro. It’s also extremely rare to get take out and it be as good as served in the restaurant. The beet with pistachio encrusted goat cheese salad with raspberry dressing. This salad had it all! Everything was so fresh and crisp. There were so many bursts of flavor. This was a special hopefully it will be added to the menu. Rating: 5/5 Spicy crab chowder - we always order. It’s my husband’s favorite soup. Rating: 5/5 Blackened Scallops with Raviolis and Lobster Sauce - we always order. Appetizer size comes with 4 blackened scallops and a couple ravioli. Rating: 5/5 Maryland crab cake with Ravioli and pesto sauce. This was my first time trying and typically does not get pesto dishes. This had so much flavor and was refreshing if that makes any sense. Appetizer size comes with a very large crab cake and a couple ravioli. Rating: 5/5 Gnocchi's with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat and Gorgonzola Sauce- this is my absolute favorite dish. The Gorgonzola sauce you could drink. I dip the homemade bread in the sauce after. It’s my favorite. I’m a huge Gorgonzola fan I put it on everything. The Gorgonzola sauce on this particular dish I find to be mild and perfection. I just woke up thinking of this dish it is so unbelievably good. Rating: 5/5“

“It was a lovely relaxing place. I love the ambience both indoors and outdoors seating. We came for Sunday brunch , and it was a refreshing contrast to other places that were just too crowded and where servers are too busy to attend to customers properly. Servers here were very attentive and pleasant .“

“I traveled from Atlanta to Union Steaks, and it was worth it! Perfectly located by the Philadelphia United arena, the cheese steaks are among the best in the area. Soft bread, fresh peppers, and onions made every bite delightful. Bonus: the entire menu is Halal! The staff is friendly, and their cheese steak nachos are a must-try. Can't wait to try more next time I'm in town.

I’ve been back multiple times and can’t say enough good things about the employees, customers, DJ Moon with the banging Music Bingo music and fun, Awesome prizes, GREAT food, Incredible drinks, lots of TV’s to watch the games, Sports watch parties, etc. As much as I want you guys to get more business, I love the “Cheers” bar similar atmosphere!!! He was attentive to our table and gave thoughtful meal recommendations. A lucky find after an afternoon of trekking through the pavilions at Longwood Gardens. My eggplant parm and his fish and chips were very good. The appetizer, tomato/basil pesto flat bread, came out quickly. Crust was just right with crips edges and perfect topping. Our server Brendon apologized for the delay in getting to our table, explaining that it had been a wild night and they were slightly understaffed (understandable, it was Valentine's Day). After that, though, he was attentive and friendly for the entire meal. The winter salad I ordered was enormous and although it could have used more dressing, it was still enjoyable. My friend's burger came with a generous portion of fries and was phenomenal. For drinks, I opted for their "dealer's choice" option that lets you roll three dice to create a unique off-menu cocktail. It was dangerously tasty and a generous pour. After dinner, we moved to the bar and chatted with the bar manager Jeremy, who was not only also incredibly friendly and great conversation, but knew his way around the bar and came up with another bespoke cocktail when they were out of an ingredient for the drink I originally wanted. “Very nice Cafe, it was clean and open. We (grou of 5) went for late breakfast and there was no wait. The host sat us immediately and the server came an took our drink order. The coffee is good, a little strong. We ordered and received our meals within 15 minutes. All of our meals were hot and prepared the way ordered. The server was friendly and checked on us multiple times. The floors and tables were clean; the booth we were in had some damage from use. The bathroom was clean. There is ample parking.

We easily got all of that!The beer selection on tap was large and had a variety of styles — something for everyone to enjoy. The food was also quite tasty. Burger was perfectly done and the salad came seemed fresh and tossed in just the right amount of dressing (not drowning in it). Roast beef sandwich was also one of the best we had in a long time. They also had a lot of nice side items — well beyond just fries and chips.The menu had a good variety overall with tacos, fish and chips and other standard fare.
