“Cute shop. The Korean corn dogs were good. Not sure if they were quite worth the price but not terrible. The 1/2 & 1/2 was more like 3/4 cheese with a 1/4 or less hotdog.
Didn't try anything else, but plan to go back and get donuts.“

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“

“Fresh hot cheese burger. Got better when I got to the middle of it. Made it a combo with fries and a drink. I received plenty of fries with the small size. Bill was $19.91. I planned on spending closer to $17 but was pleased with what I received. Customer service was great. The crew seemed like a family. A well organized crew. They didn't skip a beat.“

“Was very happy with the decision to visit the Springfield location, and the food was fresh and delicious. While other staff members may have felt lack luster at time, I really appreciated Sam who made sure I had the best experience and went out of here way for me.“

“I love that richmans offers gluten free cones! They don't always have them but that's no biggie, I just appreciate sometimes being able to get an ice cream cone! I usually get the salted caramel soft serve with chocolate sprinkles but today I got the orange soft serve with pineapple topping and chocolate sprinkles. I really liked it! And my dog was happy with her treat (vanilla ice cream between two milk bones). It's so hard to find gluten free ice cream shops so I really appreciate being able to eat at richmans! I also wanted to note for anyone wondering, there's no option to tip on your card so if you go, bring cash to tip! I always forget and end up coming back later with cash. Everyone there was super nice :)“
