“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“Because although they didn’t get my order correct the first time, when I came back to let them know, the clerk was very kind and offered to remake my whole order. Even though I hadn’t even eaten the first one! Not that they would resell or anything but for inventory purposes or something idk! So only not 5 because the first order was missing some stuff. 😭 I’ll still come back it’s very tasty and the service was kind.“

“This is the best place ever! I stumbled upon it when visiting and i thought the hot dog and the topping availability were artisanal and so yummy. Also, when entering the store a young boy greeted me so politely and on the other side was the loveliest little shop, curated with special pieces all made locally, candles, gifts, hats, bath products, etc. and another very sweet young lady working there. Part of Haddonfield’s charm and one of my favorite finds!“

“we've been to Weber's twice this week and they are still keeping up the tradition of some of the best things you can get at a historical pull up drive in. I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right. After missing them so much during the WORST of covid and hospital visits, I'm so glad they are back and they're bringing it to you! Don't miss it!“

I hope they never change it. but one word of advice to whoever's in charge of the Facebook account is to change the website. it got all glitchy and could cause viruses on cellphones.“

“I had a hankering for a Philly Soft Pretzel right after I saw their store. I made a u-turn and stopped to visit. They had just put out some mini-pretzels that were still warm! Never knew such a thing existed, just the right size to curb the craving eithout spoiling lunch. Price was good, and the cashier was quite pleasent. Done deal, now I'm a fan!“

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this pretzel factory since the day it opened. I admire the company for consistently providing a variety of hot, fresh pretzels, including unique stuffed options. Although I don't indulge in pretzels for myself very often, I occasionally purchase some for friends and family, including the 10 I bought today to share with homeless individuals in need of a little pick-me-up. The friendly and helpful staff members at this location have always impressed me. With ample parking available, the convenience of visiting this spot is unmatched. I would love to see the addition of a vegan stuffed pretzel on the menu, despite the potential challenges in catering to a niche market. Who knows, perhaps there is a demand for such a product that is waiting to be tapped.“

“I really appreciate the workers that were there today. As I walked in, it was packed and they looked overwhelmed. Come to find out, they were short staffed and doing their best. I can absolutely agree that they were doing their best. It was a lot going on and other customers were not patient or kind but the workers continued to service as best as they could.
