“This is the best place ever! I stumbled upon it when visiting and i thought the hot dog and the topping availability were artisanal and so yummy. Also, when entering the store a young boy greeted me so politely and on the other side was the loveliest little shop, curated with special pieces all made locally, candles, gifts, hats, bath products, etc. and another very sweet young lady working there. “we've been to Weber's twice this week and they are still keeping up the tradition of some of the best things you can get at a historical pull up drive in. I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right. After missing them so much during the WORST of covid and hospital visits, I'm so glad they are back and they're bringing it to you! Don't miss it!“

“I have celiac disease and was at a medical conference in the conference center above Reading Market. Having celiac disease makes dining out that conference is an adventure. The staff were very helpful courteous. The food came quickly and was hot. I would recommend trying a corn dog as well as the poutine.“

“I decided to look up somewhere to get something fast to eat near by this place popped up and had good reviews. Despite of the bad ones I decided to try it for myself I bought there cheesesteak fries and soda lunch special along with a brisket sandwich I also upgraded my fries to the Spanish fries, let me tell you something I wasn’t disappointed at all everything was great, flavorful, and hot it’s definitely a place to go to when I’m down the city! “I had a hankering for a Philly Soft Pretzel right after I saw their store. I made a u-turn and stopped to visit. They had just put out some mini-pretzels that were still warm! Never knew such a thing existed, just the right size to curb the craving eithout spoiling lunch. Price was good, and the cashier was quite pleasent. Done deal, now I'm a fan!“

“I’ve been a loyal customer of this pretzel factory since the day it opened. I admire the company for consistently providing a variety of hot, fresh pretzels, including unique stuffed options. Although I don't indulge in pretzels for myself very often, I occasionally purchase some for friends and family, including the 10 I bought today to share with homeless individuals in need of a little pick-me-up. The friendly and helpful staff members at this location have always impressed me. With ample parking available, the convenience of visiting this spot is unmatched. I would love to see the addition of a vegan stuffed pretzel on the menu, despite the potential challenges in catering to a niche market. Who knows, perhaps there is a demand for such a product that is waiting to be tapped.“

“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“Very good and delicious burgers and fries. Our family of 4 ordered a double burger meal each and milk shakes. The youngest got grilled cheese. Bill was close to 100 bucks. Only splurged because we don't go out often. Atmosphere was normal level considering how busy it was.“

You can eat cheap or you can eat expensive the skies the limit I was looking for a good hamburger and some fresh french fries five guys is a winner every time my patty melt was delicious juicy flavorful well seasoned, and the french fries are to die for fresh delicious tasty they also have the best soda fountain around the Barqs cherry cream soda is so refreshing almost addictive

“We ordered pretzels for my sister's wedding, and honestly Josh made the whole thing so easy. The wedding was in Philly and we had a ton of out-of-towners coming in, so we really wanted to give them a taste of a real Philly pretzel. As anyone from the area knows, if it's not fresh, it's not the same. Josh went above and beyond and baked them later in the day so they'd be coming straight out of the oven. He delivered them on time and bagged them up so our guests could scoop them up, throw some mustard on one of those bad boys, and get a real taste of Philadelphia.
