“We used Sei's for our wedding and they killed it! We had about 140 people at our wedding in the Reading area. So many of my guests told me they loved the food. My only regret is that my husband and I left for our honeymoon so we couldn't enjoy the leftovers. As far as the planning process, Sei's was able to accommodate all my requests, including a cheesecake bar and upgraded gold silverware. Sei's also provides linens for rent. Definitely recommend renting linens over buying them. Sei's was affordable and just excellent all the way around!“

“Emily is an absolute "GEM"! We hired her to cater for the Ground's department and volunteers for the US Women's Open at Lancaster Country Club. She brought breakfast and lunch for the crew of 120, everyday for 7 days with a smile on her face and a pep in her step! She was so flexible and we needed that with our ever changing numbers and schedule. I knew I had made the right decision when I called her in a panic on Tuesday explaining our Thursday dinner catering fell through. Without hesitation, she asked what we wanted and what time and she came through with an amazing last minute Italian dinner. Not only was working with Emily amazing, her food is just as delightful as she is! We cannot wait to have her back in the future!

“First of all, let me say, I would highly recommend Rettew’s Catering! Amanda was so easy to work with! She answered all of our questions and when I didn’t know what to do, she offered very helpful suggestions I had a set price per person in my budget, and Amanda kept the cost of everything within that amount. I do not live in the Manheim Pennsylvania area, so all communications were done through the computer or over the phone.

Our event was for our son‘s wedding rehearsal dinner. Our menu was herb roasted chicken breast, roasted vegetables, salad greens with almonds, crumbled feta, and balsamic vinaigrette, baguettes, with herb, whipped butter and chocolate fudge brownies. We have a couple people in our family that are gluten-free and they were able to enjoy a catered meal without worrying if they were going to be ill afterwards.

We received many compliments on the quality of all the food! The chicken was seasoned well and moist. One family member said the chicken was, “wow!” in fact, all of the food I listed above was delicious and the brownies were amazing! The amount of food we received was more than enough. No one went away hungry!

“They were Very helpful and kind. I loved how they had 6 different sugar free flavors- 3 of them are made in-house (sweetener is sucralose). I had the pumpkin which was very good and didn’t have that sickly sweet tang that some sf flavors have. They were also very accommodating with making a bread less sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich.- they also have a few salads but I didn’t try them. This place is Keto, sf, diabetic friendly.
