Oh my gosh. I was shocked at how good this place was. Portions were huge. My husband, who always complains he leaves restaurants hungry, couldn't even finish all of his food. Food was great, too! We will definitely be back!

Empanada? I think you mean EMPTYnada. This was supposed to have cheese in it. Bro where’s the cheese?? The chicken is just OK nothing special. Fried rice was decent and I liked the sauces. Flan was pretty gross. Wrong texture. Felt like I was eating a hard boiled egg rolled in coconut flakes…overall disappointing experience and probably won’t be buying their food again.
My experience didn’t meet expectation. When my coworker and I arrived at noon, the music was blaring. The staff turned it down once we reached the counter. I ordered a 1/4 white chicken combo with yucca fries. The chicken was undercooked and pink. No charring or evidence it had been cooked over charcoals. The yucca fries were dry and plain, no salt. My coworker agreed his chicken was undercooked and he said his corn was bland and unsalted. He said he’d try it again. If I went again, I’ll would maybe try a sandwich, but I don’t plan on it.

Hadn’t been to Frisco’s in awhile, but this was a great experience. Food was extraordinary. Love their decor and Spanish background music.

First time here. Purchased 1/chicken white meat. Recieved a drum stick and thigh. Very small as well. Purchased a beef and chicken empanada. Beef was good, chicken not so much. The only good thing was chicken fried rice? I know right. 21 dollars and not happy. Skip this place. Ok, just run.

Frisco's is a fast-food restaurant worth squawking about. I don't eat out regularly, as the offerings are predictably unhealthy and I must follow a special diet. But I needed a break from my routine yesterday after what seemed like years of cooking for myself and had read a good review of Frisco's, which just moved into the Kissel Hill Shopping Center. I ordered a new, $9.99 item on their menu--Bowl Pollo (chicken bowl)--and waited at a seat in the bright, sparkling-clean but empty restaurant about ten minutes for it. The cashier, a boy no more than 17 or 18 and obviously new at his assignment, forgot to give me the cold drink and eating utensils, but no matter. I just took the bag home with me. I could only eat half of what I was served--a large, deep, cardboard cereal bowl filled well above its rim with fried rice as a bottom layer, seasoned black beans and corn in the middle layer, and what must have been close to a pound of perfectly char-roasted pulled chicken, mostly white meat and without a speck of gristle or fat. That last part's key. The chicken was only mildly charred, so its taste wasn't overwhelmed by smoke. The meal was so good, and such a tremendous value, that I couldn't believe my good fortune at living so nearby. It's enough to convince me to stop cooking for myself--for a while at least. After finishing a Bowl Pollo at Frisco's, you're filled with the warm, happy certainty that for $11 (including the drink), you've just eaten one of the healthiest dinners available on Planet Earth. Just one word of caution: Beans and rice are filling and the beans are not only especially tasty but really good for you. Don't go without a good appetite or if you don't like spicy food. In fact, I'd advise you to save up an appetite during the day and make Frisco's your dinner venue. Buen provecho!

First timed I ever ordered from here and this location specifically. Did take out and ordered an hour and half prior to pick up and paid/tipped ahead. Got there....order was not done even though the place did not seem busy. Waited an extra 20mins while they finished my order. Watch one employee put fries into my bag(they come with the meal) and the other take the same fries back out of my bag even after double checking the bag for the contents....(they looked at my order receipt several times) Should have went back in and complained but from what I could tell it was deliberate and they honestly don't care because they didnt even have my order ready, though it was empty on a Sat. 7PM. My sandwich tasted good, though.

The food is great as always, but an entire meal was forgotten in the order. We had ordered the 2 empanada meal and only received the fries for it, with it even being crossed off on the receipt as if it had it in the bag.

Would caution anyone who respects the value of their dollar. I got a Beef Bowl ($20), it was very pricey for one and not very unique tasting. I am entirely positive I could make better at home. In terms of how it fits in the area, unfortunately there are not many authentic international cuisine options in Lititz, but if there ever was real competition this place would not be worth consideration because of the hefty price tag for average at best food.

Excellent flavor! The charcoal taste in the chicken really stands out! Almost tastes like a charcoal grill. Delish. Try their standard fries they are fantastic.
