stopped in for a late dinner. Couldn't understand the fellow behind the counter and asked him to repeat himself a few times as he rattled on choices for my bowl. Beef was gray and whole meal was off-putting and inedible. Salsas were kept in the open at room temperature where an employee was sweeping the floor.
