during prime dinner hours almost every bin was almost empty, it was extremely dirty (nothing was wiped up, food from pans partially dropped in other pans) and not the typical friendly welcome to moes experience.

Food was meh at best. Staff spoke very quietly and as such I couldn't hear them well with other customers in there. Atmosphere had a rip off taco bell vide with weird half hearted attempts at jokes on the walls that just felt like corporate motivation posters from the 90's.

I placed an online order for 2 entries that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:04 PM. I arrived at 7:10ish and by 7:35 PM - over 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time - my order was still not ready.
The complete lack of concern or accountability from the manager was frustrating. When I asked about my order, I was told that because there were other customers in line in the store, my online order had no priority. Let me get this straight - the order I placed in advance, which should have been ready 30 minutes ago, is less important than walk-in customers? This defeats the entire purpose of online ordering...
The manager showed zero interest in rectifying the situation or even acknowledging that a 30+ minute delay for an online order is unacceptable. There was no apology, no offer to expedite my order, and no attempt to make things right.
The order was refunded after calling the store and taking to the same manager that still had no concern for the issue. A coupon for 2 free entries would be appreciated the waste of my time.

stopped in for a late dinner. Couldn't understand the fellow behind the counter and asked him to repeat himself a few times as he rattled on choices for my bowl. Beef was gray and whole meal was off-putting and inedible. Salsas were kept in the open at room temperature where an employee was sweeping the floor. The bathroom was dirty and unopened boxes of chips were stored in the rear booths. this chain used to offer fresh food at other locations. At closing time, the employee is were covering the various choices in containers for tomorrow. Hopefully,no one will be offered graying meat tomorrow. My meal was inedible and I ate chips and soda,out $17+ dollars. Skip this place

Got a steak quesadilla and was not very good cheese wasn't melted at all (not the first time) quality and taste has seemed to go way down lately. It's a shame because we typically love Moe's.

This place is just not for me I asked for a bowl the board says it’s $9 somehow I ended up paying $15.56. The guy was skimping on everything in my meal but put a large scoop of bacon so my bowl is 90% bacon and honestly the food was just nasty I was just so disappointed

Gave us one small salsa cup for 2 people when we ordered 2. As for the chips they were all raw and crushed and there looks to be a quarter of the average amount of chips. One bag was literally ALL crumbs. The burritos were badly rolled and laid out. Several bites of JUST guac or JUST rice. Also abnormally spicy, found jalapenos in our food when it wasn't ordered. (We ordered online so you can see every topping you ordered.)
