The guy at the register needs etiquette training. The girl who handled my food was nice but I ordered pick up at 5:54 and my food wasn’t ready at 6:12 so I had to wait. Cash register guy ask for my name in a rude non friendly manner as if I didn’t already pay for my food…as if my food shouldn’t have already been in the pick up section ready to be picked up. I’ll gladly deal with chipotle lol

Good healthy quick stop food. They had clean table seat for my toddler. My only complaint was the soda machine was out of syrup for most of the drinks.

Such a terrible experience. Upon arriving, we were the only ones in the restaurant, yet the girl and guy behind the counter looked completely baffled as we placed our order. There were barely 6 pieces of chicken on each burrito/bowl order. They left out part of our order. We realized when we got home. When my husband went back to let them know a burrito was missing the guy behind the counter called him liar then started disrespecting him saying he only wanted a free burrito and my husband needed to get a job! Never have I ever heard someone talk to another person like this! They were so deeply disrespectful over a $12 burrito, I can’t even imagine this type of behavior. So beyond rude! Aside from all that, the food we DID get was gross. To the point of inedible

Tofu is a protein option along with your choice of beans. Cheese and non-vegan sauces can be left off. At this location, they had a helpful chart of all their different sauces and if they contained dairy and/or eggs.

during prime dinner hours almost every bin was almost empty, it was extremely dirty (nothing was wiped up, food from pans partially dropped in other pans) and not the typical friendly welcome to moes experience.

Food was meh at best. Staff spoke very quietly and as such I couldn't hear them well with other customers in there. Atmosphere had a rip off taco bell vide with weird half hearted attempts at jokes on the walls that just felt like corporate motivation posters from the 90's.
