We ordered three bowls. The chicken for two of them was being cooked and we were told white would be done sooner in 5- 10 mins…..20 minutes later we walk up and our bowls are sitting there, while the chicken tins are full. They just left our bowls undone and kept serving more and more customers. If the chicken we ordered was done why wouldn’t you finish orders before taking in more? Our first bowl with steak and cold because of the wait and when we asked for our finished bowl they wanted us to wait in line just to get the bowl, you couldn’t hand it to us. We already paid too and told them that. Service was just bad and food is all cold for 45 dollars and spending around 30 minutes waiting while our food is off to the side ignored

Moes offers a LOT of food for the money. It's prepared to your order and you pick your ingredients and condiments. Tortilla chips are included and they feature a salsa bar which while offering nice variety, not all Moe's keep up the stock so often selections are empty. Atmosphere is fast food eat in. Staff are pleasant but typical of such restaurants.

packed house looking like christmas eve, quick and efficient. everything was great. however who ever at corporate is doing the taste testing on the salsa..missing it hard. El guapo & Scorpion, Kaiser are truly missed.

More attentive to ingredients requested. Good job+ But is it me, or did the bowl shrink in half?? Shrinkflation?? Not a fan of the rice, tastes like minute maid rice. Everything else was good.

My experience was amazing. I hadn’t been to Moe’s in a long time, but I am glad I came. The service was amazing and very pleasant thanks to Akeem. The bowl I got was delicious. I would have uploaded a picture but I devoured it. The extra salsas are great also.
