Our waitresses, Vicky and Sarah, a mother, daughter duo were so friendly and really complimented our experience.The food was over the top delicious. My wife loved the fact that she could order a la cart With just the proper amount of food for her, so there was no wastage. The servings were very generous and everybody enjoyed everything to the last drop. I forgot to mention one of the employees rescue a hummingbird that got caught in the awning. That made our morning!”

“Karen makes the best cakes. I have ordered a Father's Day Cake for the last two years. I catered a wedding and Karen made one of the cakes. I had a piece of the Carrot Cake and it was the best I ever had (I am not even a fan of carrot cake). I had to track this baker. I looked up bakeries in PA and searched FB, hoping the baker posted the cake from that wedding. No luck. I was driving passed the house months later and decided to knock on the door. The mother of the bride answered. I told her I was with the catering company and if she give me the baker's info. She thought that me stopping by was great and loved my story. She gave me Karen's info and the funny thing is I did come across her page in my search. Karen is very talented and I swear you will dream about how delicious her cakes are. I love the inside of her bakery.”

I was pleasantly surprised so Kudos to whomever prepared our meals. During this time there was also a promotion for a free footlong and we got to avail it. Sub was made very well, all ingredients packed and prepped well! Again, thank you so much to whomever prepared our meal (we ordered the same NoBready Bowls last month but the quality was not as good as this week’s order).Unfortunately, the receipt got soaked with the sauce seeping from the sub so we were not able to retrieve the feedback link/code.Once again thank you to whomever prepped our meal! “We recently discovered Oak, just a half mile from our home, and it’s truly a hidden gem in an area with limited dining options. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Our bartender, Zach, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered fantastic recommendations—including the Steak and Eggs for brunch, which exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the eggs—a dish I had never tried before but will definitely be ordering again. My husband enjoyed the BLT Eggs Benedict, which was equally impressive. The thick-cut bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and flavorful hollandaise made for an unforgettable dish. The service throughout our visit was outstanding, and when asked for recommendations, Zach confidently told us that everything on the menu is great—and from what we tasted, we absolutely believe it. If we could give Oak a 10 out of 10, we would. For anyone in the area or just passing through, we highly recommend stopping by. Oak is a standout dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!”

Everything was amazing, I got the Spiced Chai Tea with the Strawberries and Cream Crepe. It was so big I couldn't finish. They were SO wonderful with my two year old. We originally ordered him and milk and donut but they recommended a dinosaur drink (green food coloring, whipped cream and sprinkles). HE LOVED IT! Then while we were eating our donuts and drinking our coffees, to our surprise the Bluey theme song came on over the speakers! And so, my two year old had a mini dance party in the middle of the coffee shop. The shop was clean, the baristas were friendly, the food and coffee was top tier. So happy we have another coffee shop to frequent when we’re in York!”

“I came to Ghouls and Grinds for the first time 2 weeks ago, and it was absolutely the best experience I have had at a local coffee shop. The coffee here is fantastic, and the drink choices are amazing. My husband also loves it so much, this is the only coffee shop we want to come to now. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for things like different milks and for decaf coffee. The cinnamon bun coffee is our absolute favorite. And also- the staff here is very friendly. That’s a huge plus- I have had some disappointing encounters at other coffee shops in the area- but not Ghouls and Grinds- they are fantastic and if you have not tried them I 1000000% urge you to!! You will not be disappointed!”

“Clean with nice atmosphere. Greeted by Ana. Menu was full of interesting dishes. We both chose Pollo Flautas. Wanted a Corona to go with meal, but she explained that they did not have a liquor license, but it is a BYOB ((we'll know for next time).Watched other tables get served with some really wonderful dishes. Ours was delivered to table in about 15 minutes. Great plating of food. Taste was excellent. Took home our leftovers. Highly recommend this little gem in Hanover PA”
