Shine Coffee Co. is a popular local spot with a warm, cozy atmosphere and great coffee. Customers enjoy the morning wrap and friendly, quick service. The broccoli-cheese soup, triple decker sandwich, and Harvest Salad with grilled chicken are all excellent lunch choices. The staff is welcoming, and the view of the river upstairs adds to the experience. The coffee is made with Denim brand grounds, which customers find very good. Although they only have one register and no online ordering, they do take call-in orders while people wait in line, but it can take some time. The upstairs is large and features a beautiful fireplace, making it a perfect place for small groups or working. The atmosphere is friendly, and the employees are very nice. Customers have also enjoyed the variety of delicious cupcakes from a local baker and other sweet treats. The turkey pesto sandwich is delicious, with just the right amount of pesto and turkey, and the iced mocha is especially popular. While a cinnamon roll was a bit dry, the overall experience at Shine Coffee Co. remains enjoyable and worth visiting for a unique, local coffee shop experience.
