There is a reason this place is always packed. The food can’t be beat and the ice cream is always amazing. I wish they were open year round.
You can make the best burger or ice cream in the world and yet no one will come if you treat your customers like trash. For the past couple years I’ve tolerated Susquehanna Soft Serve’s mistakes, hanging up on callers when they’re too busy, but the way they have treated us has gone too far. They messed up my order and were rude when I called asking for them to remake, also refused to remake it.
