“My first time at tavern after a trip to Altoona. A cozy, friendly place with delicious food! We ordered pizza and wings. My wings were the sweet Buffalo Bleu and they were awesome 👌 Pizza was also very good. We will definitely stop more often. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊“

“Not a bad small bar in a small town, they got a pool table. Skills machines. And a juke box. Many choices of alcohol, the most I've ever seen at a bar, they only thing is if you're not a smoker there's no ventilation for the smoke it gets really smoky in there and you will go home smelling like an ashtray?“

“My wife Melissa and I visited on May 21, 2025 for dinner. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned, very delicious! Melissa enjoyed her pizza burger as well. The server was attentive and responsive, anticipating refills and other needs consistently. An awesome experience, and we will definitely return in the future!“

“This is a hole in the wall bar but it's been my favorite for years. The only other bar in town attracts a large number of college students. Smoking is allowed, which never bothered me but is an issue for some who have visited. Staff is friendly and attentive. Many good times have been had in this bar.“
