Chicken Wings near Lower Burrell

“Just had a great experience with this store. There were some quality issues with an order I had. They asked me to bring it in and made fresh items that were perfect.

Now that to me should be expected. It was how nice the entire store was both when I called and when I came back in. There was no attitude or disrespect. They genuinely seemed concerned about the issue and wanted to make it right. I truly appreciate the kindness and great service I received.“

“The spot you go for cheap pizza got a stuffed crust, pizza, pepperoni and mushroom with a side of cheesy breadsticks and a jalapeno Dipper. Was very unimpressed with the cheesy breadsticks. They look like just the regular breadsticks and they did a terrible job at cutting my pizza but it was still as good as it usually is. I would definitely check the pizza before leaving to see if they cut it right before. Trying to tear at it in your car with your bare hands“

“We ordered delivery for the first time today. We tried the pizza, fries, and wings. Everything was great!“

“These wings are like no other ones you can get out there. Cooked to perfection and the sauces are amazing. The fresh cut fries and potato chips make it that much better! Great sandwiches too. I recommend the original hot wings, honey mustard wings, and the General Jake's“

“Been going for years , food is good but the wait staff totally ignored you . Ok I can understand once in a while but it keeps getting worse. Last time I called my order in, got there and waited 1/2 hour before wait staff even acknowledged us , I tipped these ladies very good over the years and they treat you horrible , I refuse to go back and give my business, when they walk past you 8 times and do not acknowledge you, it took a customer to tell them to wait on us we have been sitting there a half hour. Really pathetic service I had enough…go down the street to blue haven and get great food and FANTASTIC SERVICE.“

“We had a fantastic lunch at Phillippi’s and couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit.
Right from the start, the waitstaff set the tone—friendly, prompt, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire meal. You aren't coming here expecting candelabras and fancy linen tablecloths, but what you do get is honest, welcoming hospitality and lunch fare that is well above par. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with care.
To top off a great afternoon, we had the chance to chat with the owners, Mark and Kim. They were wonderful to talk with—down-to-earth, gracious, and clearly invested in their guests having a great experience.
My wife and I will certainly be returning!“

“Great place to come and have a drink“

“I have yet to have any issues at this location with ordering food and receiving my food. About a week ago I went in to pick up my order. The location had multiple online and in-person orders so I wasn't surprised that my order was taking a bit longer than planned. Sarah was great at communicating the eta with me while I waited. She was very friendly and respectful. I appreciate that she provided an extra ranch to make up for the extended wait. Can't have too much ranch! Lol“

“Hadn't ordered from here for awhile- after tonight this will be our go to spot for pizza going forward. I asked if they could do a thin crust- they said yes and the definitely delivered!! The best thin crust!!! TY!!! Great pizza and garlic parmesan Breadsticks!“

“My first time visiting. Friend gave me a thumbs up and I would not be disappointed..he was correct.Told staff the kind of sauce I was looking for and she suggested a item. Perfect. Wings and sauce were fabulous. Can't wait to visit again...“

“Ordered online and received the wrong pizza for delivery. Called their store back to let them know and they made it right by remaking the correct pizza and delivering to us. The remade pizza was delivered fresh and correct. Will order again from this store since they were willing to make it right when they made a mistake.“

“I always get food delivered, BUT today me & my 3 children ate inside. It was clean, the customer service was great, & as usual the food was amazing. Just what I needed. Thank you guys!“

“I ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with olives and mushrooms added. Had to go back to let them know that the mushrooms or olives weren’t added, but the gentleman immediately told me he was going to put a new one in and apologized for the minor mistake. I’m very glad that they made it right immediately 😊“
