“I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Parking: Roughly 50 or less parking spots shared with a dentist office. Gets pretty tight with the long line for the drive thru.

He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.“

I’m giving them 5 stars though because I called and complained to corporate about my experience of being locked out of this store at 830 in the morning, with no sign up and then being hung up on my the employee. I get a call within mins from the owner. Who tells me that he’s out of town, but not only will this not happen again but to save his personal number to my phone so that if something like this does happens again to call him directly so he can handle the situation right away. He was also calling his employees after being off the phone with me to directly handle the situation. I’ve had bad experiences from businesses before. I mean who hasn’t? But I have never had a store owner correct the situation as well as this store owner did. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Oh and the coffee is great too! I had this complaint since 1985! Kandel, Fenine, had one & I complained to Daniella. But she said, "IT IS MY RULE. I ALLOW IT." Well then, I think those managers are STUPID for allowing noserings/face piercings! Sorry!!

I am right in a way! Nobody agrees with me though, except maybe some people.

I would suggest to tell ALL employees to remove piercings at work.

“I've been to Italy multiple times and this is the closest to authentic Gelato that I have had in the area. Besides the gelato being fantastic, they also have great customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and it was accidentally sent to their West Chester location. It was an honest mistake that was remedied personally by their owner, Vincenzo. It was a Sunday evening and he left his house right away to deliver the cake personally. I was very impressed by his initiative and willingness to make sure my wife's birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Also, the cake was delicious!“

“Here's the thing...in this immediate area there are 3 other dunkin donuts, all of which are actually closer to me than this one. One in North Coventry near 100 & 23, one in Royersford on Bridge, and one on 724. THEY ALL SUCK! Coffee that tastes burnt or overheated, drinks made poorly, donuts that seem stale, terrible sandwiches where the cheese isn't even melted properly or the croissants are burned, etc. etc.This one always gets your coffee right, sandwiches are rarely an issue, and the donuts are always fine. So it's saying something if I tell you I avoid 3 other locations like the plague and go out of my way to visit this one.

“Great food and service. Staff is very friendly. Recently had a minor incident with picking up a mobile order. Said on the door that they were open for drive-thru and carry out. When I think of carry out I think that you’d be able to walk into the restaurant, pick up your order, then leave. They had me walk around and serve me through the drive-thru window. Which with everything going on right now is understandable. Just wish they made it clear on their door. Since I was walking to work, I wanted to stop there to pick up a drink. Just incase they don’t make it clear for anyone else who may be walking there, you’ll have to go through the drive-thru to carry out.“
