DB's Smokin' BBQ

This was our first time at DBs and we can't wait for the next. We tried the meat sampler platter to see what was good... lo and behold... everything was awesome. The smoked hot sausage was out of this world, it was tender, juicy, and hot; the brisket was tender and smoky. In the sampler you get a decent portion of all the meats they have; enough that two hungry adults didn't have to order anything extra. If your in the Cooks Forest area, give DBs a try, you won't be disappointed.

This lace is a roadside stand. Seating is outside.We tried different meats, sides, and sauces. I tried the turkey because few people have it with their Raz Heat. Perfect pairing. The turkey was smokey but moist, and the sauce was smooth with a mild heat.Brisket had a perfect crust, smokey flavor, and more meat than fat. His sauce was the Heat.
