“I ordered a 2 layered 1/2 sheet cake for my mother’s birthday party. Everyone raved about the cake and asked where we got it. When I said Pennie’s they said “That’s are favorite bakery in town”. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Well worth the money. Thank you!”

There is a drive-up window, plus plenty of seating inside and outside.”

The staff is very attentive and the food is fantastic. “Lovely space. This was my first experience at a tea room and I was very impressed! The finger sandwiches were all delicious and the bread was soft and fluffy! Scones were also very fresh with wonderful summer flavors. The clotted cream and jam were exquisite! Unfortunately we took home our top tier desserts for later. Got a new teacup and mom took home the Vanilla Rose black tea which we had two pots of! The host was very nice and explained everything wonderfully. 10/10 we will be back every season to try the menu!”

For the 3rd time we were seated and watched as 2 other tables were sat after us...we waited and waited and watched as the other tables got waited on and we still sat there...we finally caught a waitress and asked if we could be served and her answer was ill find out who your server is...we waited again to no waitstaff...we got up to go and asked for a manager...we told him and he just shrugged it off...we will not return and don't advise anyone to visit unless you dont mind being ignored!”

“16 of our Red Bonnets & Bifocal members (red hatters) lunched today and the food was delicious and plentiful, the atmosphere was very nice, and the server was fantastic!
We had a nice private table just inside the door and very near the ladies room.
Everyone had a great time and every one of us were pleased with our meals. Highly recommend this restaurant.”
