“Everything!!! The food is delicious and always fresh. The staff really do care that you have everything you need and the atmosphere is like hanging out with good friends! I have yet to eat anything I didn’t love or leave hungry. Usually enough leftovers for an entire meal. The prices are so incredible, it allows for a more generous tip for the wonderful staff. We’ll keep going back and bringing friends and making recommendations. God Bless you Mel and staff!!”

“We have been coming here for awhile, but since the new owner took over- the food and service has been mostly unbelievable, and it has been our new favorite go-to. I have never seen a more attentive ownership / management crew- cleaning tables / etc. The prime rib has been above phenomenal our last few visits. Our waitress Pilar tonight offered exceptional service! Highly recommended.”

“Lovely little family owned icecream shop with a food menu. They have the best fresh burgers, a variety of hard serve and some soft serve.They have a outside covered seating area and a small little outside play area for kids.Even when the line is to the road, they do a great job at keeping up with the demand.Highly recommend! Only downfall is that they close for the winter! I could eat their burgers all year round.”

“I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed! The food is some of the best Italian in Pittsburgh! We always order the gnocchi with blush sauce and always appreciate how perfectly done the gnocchi is (never mushy or overdone) as well as the T-bone steak which is always made PERFECTLY! We also appreciate how many sides you get with each meal as well as FRESH BREAD! You won’t be let down and will definitely have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.”

“Lovely local cafe in the heart of Butler! This place can definitely fill up fast so take care to avoid the busy hours on weekends. That said, our food was great. I know I'm being picky, but things like this do add to the overall customer dining experience: the cool bright lights in the back absolutely clashed with the warm ambient lighting that illuminates most of the dining room. We were sat in the back near by the POS area and the lighting felt sterile, unwelcoming, and also cast a glare that made it difficult for some folks to read menus. Just swap those overhead light bulbs for some warmer ones and that will make a way better atmosphere!!”

Gen Tso's (white meat) chicken was superb as was the Hibachi chicken. Their Yum Yum sauce was excellent (yummy). Great California roll. “Remember, they are a cash only restaurant but so worth a trip. The pancakes are so big and fluffy, you only need 1 or 2. I loved the grilled chicken sandwich and delicious home fries. My son said his club sandwich was also yummy. Our server was great too. We will be back soon.”

“I live a few minutes down the road from this place and hadn’t tried it until a couple months ago. I am now thrilled that it’s so close and so good. The pizza is always amazing, especially the buffalo chicken or pierogi one, fried mushrooms are great. There isn’t a single thing we’ve had from here that isn’t good. “We stopped for dinner 430ish on a Friday, the place was very clean and friendly. The menu was a specialized menu with a bunch of customer recommended #1s, it was very hard to choose what meals we would be selecting off the menu due to the whole menu was packed with excellent dinner choices. I settled for the Meatloaf special off the house special board (Amazing), and my wife chose the Chicken Picata (Amazing), these are two of most recommended dinner choices by the house and a few friends of ours. We both ordered the House Merlot with dinner which was a good choice on our part (perfect) along with the wine the house places a large flip top bottle of ice cold water on your table for you to drink at your will. Paired with our meals were a side of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots with a side salad (all were perfect). If all of this amazing meal wasn't enough, we had to order the Zattola homemade ice cream over the house made brownie for dessert... everything was way to good to not finish... We left this place absolutely stuffed, and pleasantly pleased with our experience... one side note I would have to say if you chose to go there, please have a conversation with your servers and staff, we spoke to an older gentlemen who I still don't believe he is in his 70s, he was one the most kind, and personable staff I've ever encountered at a restaurant, he made us feel like family and like he knew us for ever, he stated how the food is prepared and the history of the recipes, you could tell he absolutely loves this place along with the owners and he firmly believes in the quality this place provides. The food was definitely enough for us to go back, but just having the small interactions with the gentleman makes me feel that we will absolutely go back... Im sure anyone who has been to this place and has interacted with this gentlemen could probably attest to what I'm saying, as he spoke to everyone... the world needs more people like him in it!!!
