Maybe the best gumbo I've ever had, counting multiple visits to New Orleans. I've had their shrimp and barbecue and everything is great. Folks working there are friendly as well. I don't know why there isn't a line out the door every day. The food is legit.“

“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! I highly recommend Southbound BBQ and hope we can repeat this next year!“
