“I come to this shopping center all the time but this is the first time this store was open while I was there. We ordered a variety of 2 cooked and 2 raw rolls and all were a hit. Crunchy Dragon roll is my favorite! The sushi here is so fresh and delicious. I was thoroughly surprised and impressed. I will definitely be ordering party platters from here in the future. “I picked up my order at catering and SARAH served me. She was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. It was raining. In my rush to put the bags in my car, I forgot my phone in the cart. I only realized it hours later. Panicked, I went back to customer service and it was not there.
I decided to go back to Sarah since she had been so nice to me earlier. Sarah remembered my name immediately and took matters in hand right away. In minutes, she called the helping hands and signaled the lost object. Later on, I was called and ANDREA from customer service gave me the phone back.
