“I saw a friend walking out and she highly recommended it. I went the next day and was not disappointed! The staff was incredibly helpful when we had no idea what to order! Highly recommend the Tara latte or strawberry latte with their respective boba!!!! We got a menu and want to make our way through it! If you don’t like boba, the Oreo smoothie was delicious as well! The ambiance inside is very nice and calming as well! I will be back!“

“The staff was so very friendly and took time to answer our questions and walk us through the menu . It was hard to choose just one thing to try. Our drinks were out in a flash but the variety of seating and inviting atmosphere had us not wanting to leave. Everything was clean even the restrooms. We can’t wait to go back“

“The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, Im sure the other food is good but thats all I have had along with the orange juice.I always get the exact same thing. Froman Burrito with fresh avocado and extra cheese, its the best breakfast I have had in town.I see a lot of complaints about pricing and wait times, and Jaco has a tiny kitchen/restaurant so I feel confident they are just doing the best they can in regards to wait time.Pricing? Its definitely not cheap but we live in an expensive area and everything is really fresh and good and they don’t skimp on portions, if price point is your concern nowhere in West Chester is cheap anymore.“

“The place is super cozy. The dessert options are just right and the gluten-free options are so delish. The cortado was yum with latte-art; super special. I was passing by Media and craved something sweet so I found this place by chance. The owner is fabulous, she’s friendly and super nice to chat with. I wish her lots of successful years here. “Love this place... Great, healthy option in the heart of downtown Phoenixville! My husband and I frequent this Rush Bowls regularly, and have enjoyed everything we've tried! My go-to is the High Tide bowl, and my husband likes the PB Crunch smoothie (he adds the chocolate whey). Our dog, Iron Man, loves the attention he gets there when he's along, and will pull me towards the door when we walk past! Owners are great, it's always clean, and you should definitely go!!“

“I went to the tropical smoothie Media location and all I can say is wow. Being Vegan/Vegetarian, it’s usually hard to eat out but the hummus wrap with a side of Jerk was amazing. If you're vegan just skip the ranch and cheese. The service was quick and good. It was my first time trying tropical smoothie but it won’t be my last. 😊“

“I placed an order on DoorDash and it was cancelled so I called the store to find out why since I found it odd because I ordered in advance. According to the person I called, there were only two workers working but they went above and beyond to help me out. They contacted DoorDash and immediately called me back to let me know they got my order and are working on making it. I appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you :)“

“I have always loved playa bowls and always will!! Everything is delicious and they have so many options. The only reason for the 4 star review is because today I had a staple in my bowl :( the bag was closed with a sticker so I’m not sure how a staple got into my bowl“

“My go to boba spot! I go here all the time with my daughter. The banh mi & the chicken vermicelli bowl was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of spice. Next time will try the pho!
