“I love this place, but they need help!!! So many people looking for jobs. I don't know the guys name but he's here by himself. There's 4 people ahead of me still waiting. This man is doing a fantastic job by himself running the entire system on his own. I'll patiently wait. I feel bad for him. It has to be stressful but he doesn't show it at all. Perfect customer service under such conditions.“

“Worst DQ in Pa that’s a fact.Get a blizzard from Waynesburg DQ and it would be froze when you got back to Carmichaels,get one from Carmichaels DQ and you couldn’t drive a half mile and it’s soup.FIX the ice cream maker or close it up“

“App wasn't working to use rewards, employees said they're not trained on how to do anything with the app ? said they can't give us the app only orders. Was told to just tey again another day because their system is a hit and miss to order on the app!!“

“The subway i went to had a young boy and girl in the store all by them selves n honestly i think those kids were a damn good team.. the boy even spread out all of my ingredients to make sure i get a little of everything in every bite. ( i've never seen someone do that before ) i was like "WOW ." THERE WERE a bunch of people n the store, n these 2 kids just flowed right along with it. Hands down the best service i've ever had at a subway.GOOD JOB KIDS!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!“

“Ordered our food on the app. The app has its flaws, such as freezing and kicking us out.as far as this particular subway, there were mistakes with our subs and asked for specific dressing packets and didn't get them.
I will be sure to double-check before leaving next time.“

“Today 9-9-25 I decided to try the Subway restaurant here in Point Marion, PA. I picked my order around 7:10pm. The young man working was very kind and courteous. When I got home and began eating it, I was thrilled! OMG!! That was the best turkey and bacon sub I have ever eaten from any Subway. I didn’t get your name kid, but you are awesome! You definitely deserve every cent of the tip (I actually wish I had given more). You made my day. Thank you.“

“We take dad out for pizza every Sunday & typically go to the one in Masontown but it was take out only today so we ventured a little further down the road to the one in Uniontown & so glad we did! The waitress Amanda was so polite & helpful, the atmosphere is so pleasant, the food was amazing way better than any other pizza hut or pizza restaurant iver ever been to in my life (& that says alot since we eat pizza a few times a week & I'm in the fabulous 50's club now! 🤣) We decided THIS Pizza Hut is now out ONLY pizza shop we will go to from now on!!“
