“I reserved a 15 top for my graduation dinner, and despite being extremely busy the staff was on top of everything. They were extremely kind, quick, and willing to support my group in any way. Would absolutely recommend shenanigans!! The food was incredible and so was the service.“

“If you like hood bars this is the place to go. They have pool tables and food but I never ate there but I heard the food is BOMB! You also have to try those jello shots that Auntie makes which are very strong. My only GRIPE is that they use the state regulated pours so the bartenders really can't show you little love but at least they don't charge you an arm and a leg“

“Their Sunday brunch is amazing! Food is delicious and they offer a great menu. I recommend pairing it with some fun drinks and great friends. They also serve awesome drinks like mudslides, banana monkey, or dirty monkey, and some good fruity drinks, do not hesitate to name your favorite, or don't be afraid to try something new. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Servers are always great and pleasant from my experiences as well! Street parking only but it's free. It also may look like a "hole in the wall" before going inside but it's far from that. It's recently renovated and has a modern but classic bar feel and look. Just don't judge a book by it's cover on this place.

“If your looking for a place to go and have a few drinks; play some pool or darts, look no further. This is the place for you. Highland is a nice little hole in the wall that all the locals know and love. Not very big but bigger than it looks. It's only got one pool table and dart board, but we take turnes like good kids to use it. There a couple tables to sit and enjoy or sit at the bar and get funky with the bar. Lol it's a good time.“

“Absolutely enjoyed this bar! Their drinks were good and the night my friend and I went they plaued great music. Since it was snowy, there wasnt a large crowd, but we had fun regardless.

The bartender was friendly and gave us drink suggestions and made good talk. We watched sports on tv, talked, and overall had a good time. Bathrooms were clean, dancefloor is fun.

“Randy was our first class bartender and was knowledgeable polite &friendly PGH tortas was the food truck for the new fangs beer release and they provided a five star taco experience - duck carnitas, rabbit tinga, gator po boy, nopales and beef tongue. All juicy choices featuring the perfect combo of acid, fat& sweet heat.
The beers featured the marzen - best Oktoberfest of the year. We went home with some coffee porter &the scent of the head alone was transformative.

“Oh, my goodness, so delicious. Lotsa fun with the digital karaoke machine, pool table, and darts. WE also enjoyed watching the patrons play on the golfing video machine. Great portions of food. Fresh-cut, homemade French fries. Flavor, flavor, flavor on all of the food choices, and there were 14 adults. Great place to go hang out bc clean air, SMOKING outside on the veranda only. Go enjoy yourself anytime of the day. WE went on Sunday afternoon around 1pm.“

Not a local, but they made me feel like a local on my first night, and I came back every night and met the locals as if I were one too. “I went to a show and some drunk kid kept spilling his drink on the floor. I literally watched one of the owners come up with a mop and wet floor sign. There's something to be said about venues keeping the general public safe while providing an optimal entertainment experience. I cannot wait to watch this venue flourish!“

I'm the one that updated the Google hours but they open at 2:00 Monday through Saturday they're closed Sundays closing depends on the crowd but apparently they're Tuesday wing night is a sellout I had a great experience this is my first time here the bartender is awesome the atmosphere is awesome. It's then a quick drive to all that San Diego has to offer; the Zoo, museums, beaches, and attractions. Great food is also all around. No need to eat at big chains when tiny spots are everywhere. One line to get into is Snooze, a breakfast eatery downtown. And don't forget to check out the local beer scene. “I've been here once or twice. Maybe even three times! I had so many adult beverages there each time I went that there's no way of knowing. On Tuesdays they have tacos. I like tacos. I ate 6 tacos. I threw up the tacos in the men's room toilet, but I flushed it after I slipped and fell in my own vomit. I also cleaned up my vomit. The security they keep near the entrance makes me feel safe since I'm a small white male. The best part about it is you can smoke inside! However I don't recommend lighting off leftover July 4th fireworks because they will tell you to stop, or ask you to leave. The prices of drinks were so low I disassociated from myself for 13 minutes out of excitement and when I realized what was going on it was last call. I shook the security guy's hand on my way out for doing a kind service in protecting frail little men like me who have a low alcohol tolerance!! I'll be back.“
