I will tell you we had some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. we come here often and today we had a reservation at 3:15 and our server was awful. we sat for 20 mins before even being greeted and only after complaining. he never apologized and still never gave us his full attention. he waited a table immediately when they sat down and we had been her for 15 mins at that time and he had never waited on us at that point.“

Its beer battered & fried. Its pretty large. For take out, ask for the bun to be on the side and to not salt your fries or put the salt seasoning on the side (they can be a little salty but if you have a beer in hand, you're good to go).“

“Accidentally happened into Hal's for the first time this evening. Other plans got derailed due to the water main break on McKnight Road. A regular from the area suggested going to this place, and from the moment I even pulled into the parking lot I felt welcomed and could tell I was about to have a great experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The staff was absolutely the best part, which is crazy because the food was unbelievably good! The girls working were very attentive and all made my buddy and I feel incredibly welcomed. They knew the menu inside and out and answered all my annoying questions as a first timer. The pride that your staff shows and talks about is amazing. No wonder they all have been there for long periods of time. The girls behind the bar made our time a memorable one. Nachos were fantastic! The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pizza was out of this world good. The Alfredo sauce was incredible! The whole experience was an 11/10. Can't wait to come back! “We visited this place after a Pirates game. Even at 11pm this place was slammed, and they were smooth as silk with service and food. You're not made to feel that you need to rush through your meal to free up the table for the next guest. Our server was so pleasant and full of energy.“

“Our family of 5 were on our way to Applebee's for lunch today. Unfortunately, we were in a car accident at the main intersection before the restaurant. Another car had hit us, leaving our car disabled. While everyone involved was okay, our lunch plans were obviously changed. While waiting for the tow trucks and clean up, 2 of my children and myself needed to use the restroom. We walked into the restaurant and asked to use the bathroom, explaining the situation, and the server we interacted with was beyond amazing. (I'm sorry I didnt get her name. We were rather shaken up.) She told us of course we could use the restrooms and asked if we were okay and if we needed anything else. She and a manager on duty checked on us one more time before we left, sending us out with water and the invitation to come back if we needed anything. As if we needed another reason to love this restaurant, they were so extremely sweet to us even when we weren't paying customers. They were just good humans. We never did get our Applebee's lunch today, but will definitely be back for our lunches and to thank them again for the generosity and compassion. ❤️❤️“

“We had never been here-met some friends at this halfway point. We were seated at a big table with plenty of room (group of 6). Friendly service, great food. We stayed longer than normal -we met friends there we had not seen in a while. The server never rushed us and kept asking if we needed anything. We will be back.“

“When we arrived we were told by whom we thought was the hostess to sit anywhere so we chose the high tables in the bar area. We waited for about 10-15 minutes for someone to come over and greet us and take our drink order and give us the menu. We were there early afternoon on a Sunday so the place was not the crowded. The bartender brought us our tea and coke then we waited for probably 15 minutes at least for someone to take our food order. While we were waiting the 'hostess' was more interested in holding a customer's baby then seeing if we needed refills on our drinks, which we ended up having to flag the bartender down. I got the pretzel turkey melt which was very good and my boyfriend got the Sante Fe Chicken Tacos which were also very good. This was my second time at the Robinson location and both times the food was very good. The service the first time was exceptional and it was on a crowded Sunday during a football game.“
