Customer service in the east York location definitely needs to be worked on. Was charged double the price when we wanted to get a 4 scoop flight. Was told they were out of the flight dishes, which we said we don’t mind. But they proceeded to charge for 4 separate scoops and told us they had to charge to keep inventory…. Maybe don’t have something up on the menu if it’s not going to be honored. Very unlikely we will be back after this and previous issues with this location!!
My wife got 2 scoops. One scoop was the size of a teaspoon. When she contacted the ownership about the disappointing size, the reply said their workers had been giving portions that were too large! Sad response.
Very friendly staff. Great place.

Customers enjoy the red velvet ice cream and the amazing freak shakes, and they often bring their dogs to the shop for special occasions. The place is clean and tidy and the prices seem reasonable. Overall, Ripleigh's Creamery is a must-visit spot for ice cream lovers of all ages.
