“We came through the drive-thru with a minute to spare before closing. The team was as friendly as if it was the first transaction of the night. Thank you for the smiles and hot food. My daughter said her sandwich looked picture perfect like a commercial!“

“My husband and I came in for lunch today and our experience was great! We were on our way home from D.C and were sadly for us first timers 😂 Our order came out fast and everything was really good, we get the hype now! When ordering I was all over the place but the woman taking our order was very patient (i apologize i don’t remember her name) I giggled and told her we were first timers, she greeted us with a warm welcome again and even gave us a brownie & a choc chip cookie welcoming us in! 10/10 experience, we are so glad we stopped and dined in! “Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“Clean store, friendly workers. Could have been a little more meat on the sandwiches but food was fresh and meal was good. I'd give it a 4.5 but no half points allowed. Def go back. The store in Camp Hill is closer but this may be my new place to go.

“Had a great experience at this store! We needed a to go order for the whole CV ice hockey team 20hungry teenage boys plus coaches for a bus trip. The amazing staff worked with us for an easy solution to let all the boys order and pay for their own subs online and I picked them up to deliver to the bus. The process was smooth and quick. When I went to pick them up they had them all sorted and individually labeled with names and put in a box for easy transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and they even carried the box to my car for me! If you ever need to order for a group or sports team I highly recommend using this store! Oh and the subs received rave reviews from the boys! So they tasted great too! Thank you for great customer service and we will definitely order from your store the next time we need to feed the team!“

“Food is always fresh and good! Literally my favorite place to go to when I want chicken. However, the customer service in drive thru at night is horrible. We ordered two meals and hot sauce, our usual. Little girl in drive thru acted like she didn’t want to take our order, didn’t read the order back, and then forgot our hot sauce she gave us a sass when we asked for it. She was on her phone the whole time. I come here about every other week, service like that is how you lose your guests.“

“I have been a Dairy Queen fan for probably 40+ years of my life. Started out as an occasional treat for my husband and I when we were first married in Hagerstown, MD. Over the years we’ve moved around with his job, and we’ve ended up retiring here in Mechanicsburg. We’ve been going to the Simpson St. Dairy Queen for over 24 years and I have to tell you, the people who work there are like family to us, especially to me since I am usually the customer. They are always ready to serve you with a smile and a kind word, even when they are BUSY! I have three grown daughters who all live far away and I miss them, but the girls here are like daughters to me. Today, on the day before Mother’s Day, when I was feeling a little down because I couldn’t be with my own daughters, I was given a special treat that MADE MY DAY! In a world where we are struggling with a virus, and we read of so much suffering, it is a blessing to know that there are loving people who care for others that they only know from serving them! “We love this place. It's our go to local Chinese restaurant and we've never had a bad meal at this place. The owners are super nice and remember us and our usual orders and make everything just as we like it. The food is great. I really love the Singapore Mei Fun but their soups are really good too. Highly recommend!“
