A very acceptable Chinese restaurant. I eat here very often. Take out is the best option as dining in isn't a great experience. The food is good, as long as you stick to the basics like general Tsos.
We called our order in. I had to ask how long and they didn't give me a total. We got there about 15 minutes later and my boyfriend went inside to pick it up. They didn't have our order. The young lady never wrote it down when I called. So he waits 10-15 minutes for them to make our food. Total was $35 for what was supposed to be one small lo mein, one General Tso's, one appetizer and a soda. Didn't offer a discount for the wait and only gave us one fortune coookie. ? This place deliberately did not listen to our instructions about our food. Their manager was also rude and did not care that they messed up our order. I will never eat here again as they cannot own up to their mistake. This place has gone downhill in the past 2 years. We’ve been ordering from here at least once a week for the past 2 years and I have never been more disappointed in a customer service place. I severely do not recommend.
