The people there are so kind. Helped me with a discount so much that I left a bit more of a top than I was going to. They earned it with their kindness and love they share with the world thru some tasty ice cream. Also an easy going kind atmosphere. Love it and will be back!!

Really disappointed with this location. The place felt unclean.. floors were sticky, counters weren’t wiped down, and the topping area looked messy. Didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a self-serve spot like this.

An email to corporate complaint dept-Hello- I’m writing to express concern about the poor cleanliness and employee behavior I recently experienced at the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg location.
Upon entering the store, we immediately noticed smashed candy all over the floor and an overflowing trash can right at the entrance. The trays under the yogurt machines were also covered in drippings, creating a messy and unsanitary environment.
Additionally, the cashier was sitting on the back counter coloring in a book when we walked in. After I made a comment about the full trash, I overheard her making a rude remark to another employee before she finally got up—clearly irritated—to empty the trash.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable for a business that serves food. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to address both the cleanliness issues and the customer service standards at this location.

Very busy on Mother’s Day. Two young people working. The place was filthy! Trash on floor, tables all dirty, some items were running low and staff didn’t bother to fill up. No smiles, nothing.

I've noticed that the last few times that I've been to the Mechanicsburg store it's been dirty. Crumbs on the counters and floors, sticky counters, dirty tables and the candy display all messed up. All the while the employees sit behind the counter on their phones. My family and I really enjoy this place, I just wish it was cleaner.Do better!
Went to have yogurt with my family at the Mechanicsburg store as we had not been there for several months. I was utterly shocked upon walking in. Disappointed to say the least. It was more than an hour til closing and chairs were already put up, Mop and bucket in plain sight in the middle of eating area put in a booth area blocking the seating --- Floors were horrendous. Covered in topping droppings, napkins, paper scraps, and sticky with filth. Topping bar was messy with toppings scattered through the entire topping bar. Yogurt dispensers were either not working properly or had residual/melted yogurt sitting in the dispenser trays and spilling over. In the short time I was present, I witnessed SEVERAL people come in and turn around and exit. Sweet Frog has defintely lost business. And whoever is responsible for this particular franchise site should defintely be inspected and shut down. This branch is defintely ruining the Sweet Frog brand.

I don’t know what happened to this location. We visited it 9/16/24. The place was beyond dirty. It was down right gross. Beware! I couldn’t bring myself to get anything. I hope they get it cleaned up or the Dept of Health may do it for them!!
